  1. My furnace went out in the middle of the December polar freeze. I have American Home Warranty insurance. After being on hold with them for over 5 hours total from 12/23-12/25 where they were not able to provide service with their contracted companies in the area, I was finally given permission to go with an outside contractor. I am a member of the Lazer Maintenance program, so called them on 12/25 to arrange for a service call. They arrived promptly the morning of 12/26 and quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to give an estimate for the work that I needed to forward to the home warranty company for approval. The technicians were professional, efficient and very helpful with information to provide the warranty company for reimbursement.

  2. Fantastic and prompt service! Woke up with a water heater issue and contacted Lazer on their website. Within an hour they had called me and scheduled a same day service. Their technician Jerry showed up on time and walked me through all of my options and answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who could use their services.

  3. Lazer came replace my water heater since it started leaking. Happy that it was same day service and quick but you definitely pay the premium for it. All would have been fine if they would have cleaned up a little bit after themselves and there wasn’t visible damage on the actual water heater. Nothing major on damage but being nit-picky for the price I had to pay.

    I noticed on Sunday that the top of my water heater was getting rusty and found it to be strange so I googled it. Turns out it was not venting properly and letting the dangerous gasses in my house. I have always installed my own but wanted a professional this time due to the problem. I called Holt on a Monday afternoon and they came out Tuesday morning. I got a quote that I felt was very fair, with zero pressure, to do the job and I was scheduled for Wednesday morning. Installers showed up at 8:30 am, on time, and put down drop cloths from my front door all the way down to the water heater. Since the new installation required a power vent, a new pipe had to be ran across the room and out the wall. By 12:30 the new water heater was running and they cleaned up everything exceptionally. You would never know that they were ever there. The guys were very polite, knowledgeable, clean cut and did a perfect job with a lot of attention to detail. I am so glad I made the call. Most professional contractor I have used in 20 years.

    Dave did an outstanding job. He was on time and completed the job very efficiently. He had everything he needed in his truck and was in and out of my home very quickly. He was also very pleasant courteous and professional. Holt did a great job getting someone out to my home right away. I have used them before and have always had a great experience. There are extremely professional and you can tell that they care about their clients and their business.

    Justin, Dan and the other 2 that were at the house were all amazing! They were all professional, courteous and informative on each piece of the process. We reached out to them as our neighbors had been trusting them for years and when we needed help fast, they were very responsive! Justin educated us on our current system, and what a new system would be like for us. There was a lot more to the quote than just a phone call, he was thorough from top to the bottom. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

    To preface our review, I’d like to mention that my husband and I are enrolled in Holt’s monthly member subscription and it is the best money we will ever spend! A few days before Christmas, we found that not one, but two pipes had frozen. Our guest bathroom shower and toilet both out of commission just days before Christmas with guests in our house. Early on Christmas morning, one of our guests heard our garage opening and getting stuck. He came to check it out and found a massive flood in our garage. My husband and brother in law quickly turned the water off and we called holt around 7am. Adam arrived at our house, on Christmas morning, around 8:45am. He stayed with us until nearly 11:30am after working incredibly hard to identify where the burst pipes were and to replace them. In a situation like this, we could have been faced with two types of people. One who is extremely angry to be on call on Christmas morning. Thankfully, we received the other type. The type who is friendly, helpful, just an all-around nice guy who was willing to leave his family on Christmas morning to help my family out. Adam was absolutely the best person we could have had arrive at our house Christmas morning and as the mother of a three year old, I’m incredibly thankful. We had access to Holt’s on-call staff because of our monthly membership, a membership that we will renew year after year. Holt has always bailed us out of sticky situations and time after time, their on-call guys come over with the nicest attitude and are always so incredibly helpful. I cannot thank Holt but especially Adam, for the help and sanity they provided on Christmas morning. Our family will forever be grateful for the help you provided us.

    So much thanks to Noah and Eli! Had a major blockage in our line and after working at it a couple hours they got it cleared for us! They were on time, very friendly and down to earth! Explained everything they were doing along the way which was much appreciated and cleaned up before they left. Will highly recommend to family and friends for their sewer and plumbing needs!

    Wow, where to begin. After several reoccurring issues, another company did a cleaning/video inspection, and then let me know that my very old sewer line needed replaced. After the sticker shock wore off, I called Clog Busters for a second opinion. Orville Long arrived early, and was courteous and professional. He did a full inspection of my sewer line, which included walking around my neighborhood and lifting manhole covers to verify what connected where (my house is 93 years old, so not as cut and dry in figuring stuff out). He explained what he saw in the video inspection, left me a copy of the inspection complete with commentary, treated my sewer line with some products to address some residual tree roots and gave me some product to use myself as well, and then advised that I actually did NOT need to repair or replace my sewer line at all. With some maintenance, it was actually in good shape! My warranty is good for 2 years, and Orville will come back free of charge in 1 year to make sure my line is still functioning well. The other company never showed the full video to me, what they did show was prior to cleaning, and they did not leave a copy of the video with me either. And yet they were comfortable giving me a quote of $18,000 and $25,000 for repair/replacement. Unbelievable. Don’t call one of those big names you see on TV. Just call Clog Busters and ask for Orville. You’ll save time, money and stress.

    Downstairs toilet would not drain, backing up. We called Clog Busters Drain Cleaning and Repair, the response time was impressive. Aaron was awesome (Aaron thank you!). He came out same day and within about 2.5 hrs of us placing the call and explaining our need for a service visit. He called once in route. Upon arrival, he was very professional, personable and patient with our numerous questions, and customer focused. After hearing our concerns about the sewer, he looked at the situation, explained our options, costs for options and again was truly patient with our questions, which made it easier to decide for us what to do at this time. He didn’t push to sell more than was needed. He was very knowledgeable and experienced about what seemed to be the cause of clog/line not draining (and he was spot on), explained what he would do (and explained things as he was doing it). He had the line opened up shortly after he arrived, removed the blockage, treated, etc. We received a jump drive of the video/camera feed. He cleaned up the area before leaving and made sure we understood things. I would highly recommend based on my interactions and experience today and will be using this company in the future for any maintenance or issues, and will be asking for Aaron.

    This company was very responsive, and helped to take care of a massive problem that caused some pretty big issues. Their guy, Orville Long, did a great job, and was so awesome and helpful. Will definitely be calling again if we ever need any plumbing help in the future. Would for sure recommend them to anyone.
