First picture is of the cake we ordered Wednesday the 30th of october and when we picked up the cake on friday the 1st the 2nd and 3rd pictures are what we got for a cake. First of all how do you not get a template of the licensed cake that we ordered when we get an email as shown with a certain cake? And than to give us a cake that is this uneven for what? This Kroger bakery manager literally told me they get no pictures just a reciept of a cake. So they decided to give us a entirely different scheme than what we asked for and all they offered when we complained was to make a new cake. So because kroger screwed up our cake were supposed to have our 10 yr old wait for 3 days for a new cake? Dont go to this kroger unless you want a really screwed up birthday cake.
My son’s grad cake was perfect and tasted amazing! I wish I could share a photo of it! Also had a large fried chicken order that was delicious!
Most times I shop I have to check my receipt, line by line, because I’m always missing fuel points. If I buy a gift card the points don’t get added until I call the 800 number because they won’t help me at the store. Customer service desk does not open until hours after the store opens. The shelves take days to get restocked. I only shop here when I have to because I use the fuel points, otherwise, I drive an hour to get my groceries at a Marianos. A store that is always clean, stocked and I get all my fuel points. Other people give this store more than one star because this is a small “city” where everyone knows each other and no one ever leaves.
Too many times have I gone in there to pick up Coffee-Mate and a big bag of hash browns in the freezer section only to find that they have no hash browns and no coffee -Mate. I end up going to Walmart “I hate Walmart”, but they have these items on the shelf. Kroger better hire someone who can do a better job on orders.
