*If it’s on sale and advertised at a hot price it’s potentially out of stock. This is the 3rd Kroger we’ve tried to get a specific flavor of seltzer water on sale that didn’t have it.
Large produce section. Not everything was perfectly stocked and neat looking, but to be expected the weekend before Thanksgiving. What WAS impressive was the amount of checkout employees. EVERY checkout was open. Lines were all moving. Good experience overall
Managers are very helpful and friendly. Everyone has a smile on their faces and are glad to help you. Produce is fresh and the place is clean as a whistle.
I have a video of me and my 1 year old being watched while I’m scanning groceries. I’m also 7 months pregnant, doing nothing wrong but scanning my stuff. I was discriminated and profiled. The video shows her pull her phone out texting, then puts it back in her pocket and then some other employee walks up to her and she immediately says “yeah” and then right after that addresses me asking if i need help because my baby started to cry so i took her out of the cart and held her while i continued to scan my stuff. He continues to stand there and make pointless conversation while the both of them continue to watch me. Why are you asking if i need help? So you can watch me more closely? No one is scanning my stuff, thats why im in self check out, and no one is touching my baby. I’m sending the video to corporate.
Trying desperately to re sign into digital coupons, but get try again message continuously. How can I get help with this. I’m 85 and lose money every week. No one in the store will help. They say go online and I am unable to get it done. Do you suggest I start shopping at Meijers and wait patiently for Publix to open.
