a week agoI watched these three employees harass this young women at self checkout. Please be careful because I have never in my life seen an attack such as this, the lady wasn’t arguing or trying to steal she stood there in tears as they looked at a good 4 or 5 items that were missed when scanning and even called the police on her!! I am disgusted at this behavior and will definitely not be coming back these people need to be retrained or fired.3 months agoDear Management I would like to bring this to your attention, this is unacceptable. The gentleman and lady working the night shift did an exemplary job. Why would you close the cashiers before 8:30? Am sure you have people who would want to work those lanes. Cutting work hours to save some money for shareholders ? While your customers spend more time in the line than the time it took them to shop? Let’s do better.a week agoIve ordered pick up many times from this location, it’s my go to location and they do a fantastic job! Thank you Matthew, he calls to let me know when they are running a bit behind or if there are substitutions in my order. Kathleen is the amazing, she’s brought out my order the last few times and always checks if I have additional coupons and make sure I know about any changes to the order. I’ve never had a better pick up experience this team is amazing and I appreciate all the effort they put in to make sure I’m happy with my order. This location really has a great system!3 weeks agoI do not recommend ordering for a grocery pick up from this specific Kroger, I placed my order about 230 and they gave me a pick up for 7 to 730. I got a call 20 minutes after placing my pick up order that they’re going to have to cancel my order because it wasn’t going to be done by 7 o’clock. I was OK with picking it up later but having to cancel my order completely because the person who picks the orders is leaving at 6 o’clock but you have pick up times as late as 830. It’s not making any sense to me which lets me know that not only do the employees here. Do not want to do their work. They’re willing to inconvenience other people who actually do depend on grocery pick up. I’m a single mother I can’t go into the store and spent hours trying to find my groceries. That’s why I take the time out to order my groceries ahead of time so that I’m able to pick it up. I work throughout the week so it’s hard for me to just walk into a store and pick up my groceries. Kroger do better. Seriously you are hiring people creating all these hiring events hire people that are actually going to do the work hire people that are actually going to do their jobs because not only are you inconveniencing people that help your store be ran completely for you to even hire people at all. If you’re going to hire people that are not going to do the work, go ahead and shut down the whole store nobody needs to be wasting their time placing an order and then turn around 20 minutes later order canceled because your workers that you unfortunately hire do not want to do the job do better Kroger.a week agoI’ve been going to this location for the last 10 years but after today I won’t be going here anymore. I was told by a white cashier named Austin how to load up my groceries onto the conveyor. I put my 2 gallons of milk at the end and was told the milk goes at the front. I’m 47 years old and this certainly was not my first time going grocery shopping. He also went in the tell me his name was Tony today because it’s Taco Tuesday. I didn’t even ask him nor did I care. 2 weeks agoMy first time visiting this branch. The store was super clean, shelves were fully stocked, aisles were wide and easy to navigate. The grocery section looked awesome. The checkout line was very long. Jessy friends the cashier, was very courteous, customer friendly and super efficient. He was smiling during the whole transaction. I will return to this store when in this area.in the last weekThe highlight of this store is the cashier at the self checkout lanes. I didn’t catch his name, but I’ve noticed him there during my visits. He’s always very efficient and is knowledgeable about the store. He’s doing the job of multiple traditional cashiers, since the majority are self checkout now (ugh). Anyway, he’s great, and they need to compensate him for everything he covers. Going with 4 stars since more traditional lanes would be nice. Also, sometimes the music is so loud! No, I’m not 50+. But I am 40ish. Sigh.5 months agoLike 20 employees and nobody is working.Only 4 self checkout machines active.
Been standing in line for like 20 mins now.

Worst Kroger ever.
in the last weekBad customer service. On Labor Day 2023 around 6:30 AM, I was at the self checkout buying a pack of ribs. The UPC symbol on the price sticker was slightly damaged and would not scan. I was the only customer around. The self-checkout employee Avis was no more than 8 feet away, facing my direction and leaning on the register located directly across from mine. His attention was solely on his cell phone screen as he typed on it. I was the only customer at the time and tried to get his attention 3 times, asking for help. He just kept typing and ignored me. Finally, I yelled “Hey! I’m a customer!” With this, he stopped, began to posture himself and replied angrily, “First of all, you ain’t gonna yell at me!” He was very threatening. I said that I needed help. He replied, “You can go to the meat department and have them put another sticker on it”. I then went back to get another slab of ribs and returned to the front of the store where Avis was already talking to the manager. When I explained what happened, the manager did not seem to care and did not listen. He kept pushing the idea that I had cursed at Avis or himself. Apparently Avis told him I did. There was no cursing except for when I told the manager that Avis was leaning his “fat @$$” on the register, playing with his phone, and ignoring my requests for help. I asked the manager if the thought that was OK. He never answered and was not at all receptive to what was being said or the fact that Avis was being aggressive toward a customer. The manager was slightly argumentative and defended Avis but finally relented saying, “I’m sorry this happened to you”. While I was speaking with the manager, Avis was pacing back and forth in obvious anger. He is young, muscular, and angry. I am 70 years old and felt very threatened so I decided to leave before he exploded and attacked me as seems so common these days. It was evident by his demeanor that he was considering that. By the manager’s response, it seems the Kroger company is OK with lazy and angry employees who ignore, intimidate, and create fear in the older customers.a month agoThe way the “monitoring” employee came running up to the scanners to watch me scan my four little items was completely disgusting and racially driven! As I was coming down the isle I watched him standing off as there was nothing but somewhat older white people scanning, but as soon as I was walking up he saw a fairly young black man with a t-shirt and some flip flops and dude turns into super cop. I mean basically came and stood right beside me. I felt unwelcome and expected to be a thief. Kroger must do better. If there was another Kroger close to my house I would NEVER walk into this store again. I wanted to tell that man I’m certain I make 3 times as much as he does so the last thing I have to do is steal some eggs and turkey bacon. Absolutely disgusting that you all train your people to “look out” harder for “certain kinds” of people. SMH get rid of self checkout and pay people to work if it’s this bad!!! At least we won’t have to feel like criminals.

This is a racist store the Hispanics that work behind the counter are mean and they don’t help African American they just look at you when you’re trying to purchase the cakes in the seafood department they’re not very helpful I have noticed even coming through the check out line they feel that everyone that’s African American steal which is not true I noticed even the Chinese people at the sushi bar have an attitude we don’t have to buy anything from this store and take our money somewhere else the only reason I come to this store because it was quiet and neat but I noticed that some of the other racist look at African American and think we don’t belong in their store one man who was Caucasian tried to run me over with his shopping cart and the chicken salad taste horrible it has big chunks of onion and celery 🤢 with grapes, onions no grapes because it shouldn’t be mixed together in a chicken salad you should keep out it’s suppose have brown smoked raisins and pecan with light mayo and the regular chicken salad should have chicken,mayo diced celery please learn what ingredients goes in each food you’ll should taste the food before sending it out because I love chicken salad but Tom Thumb has the best chicken salad oh and also the broccoli salad is to dry I almost choked 😔.
I was told I couldn’t come in even though the store closes at 1am I pulled up at 10:40pm and the young man at the front door denied me entry and proceeded to let these customers in without any hesitation
Cashier not very nice I asked if they had a baby formula I needed she didn’t even hesitate to look what I was looking for and she was like “well do you see it there” Rudeee!! I don’t live in Dallas so I’m not familiar where the things are at In the store . If you going to work at least be F! Nice atleast act that’s why they pay to help out…
WHY DO THEY RANDOMLY CLOSE AT 11PM INSTEAD OF 1AM? This is the only grocery store in the area and I depend on going there after work (2nd shift) and MULTIPLE times now I’ve needed to get groceries and it’s closed at 11pm for no posted reason, even though they’ve gone far enough to print a peice of paper that that’s states they’ve closed early. IF YOU NEED TO CLOSE AT 11PM THEN DONT HAVE YOUR TIMES POSTED ONLINE FOR 1AM! it doesn’t make sense to close early for being “short staffed” when all you have is self-checkout anyways… crazy. I’ll be going to another grocery store even if I have to drive further from now on
Homeless people everywhere starting fights in the parking lots and harassing you on your way in. Never any carts in the store, I always have to turn back around and walk to get one from outside. I refuse to buy meat from here, it’s always discolored and nasty looking. And they have a section of sale meats that are all very green/out of date/ gone bad. I’m almost positive it has to be illegal to sell that. On top of that they’re supposed to close at 1am and they always close early at 11 for no reason at all.
