2 months agoFriends please bring your membership id and member with you while purchasing anything in store. Now days staff is not allowing family members to do payment even primary is member is in the store. They Check id at entrance, while doing payment and exit. Not sure if they are losing more paid members or what but this experience will motivate people to discontinue their membership card. After checking I’d while entering in the store it’s not making sense to check the membership card multiple times. At first place no one can enter without card.Very crowded store plenty of parking but always becomes difficult to find parking spot.
4 months agoValue for money store well stuffed with lacs of products ,including house holds ,furniture ,kitchen ,grocerries ,bakeries ,halal products and hardware etc. also has value for money gas station ,pharmacy and liqour store ,huge parking and lots of signagesin the last weekI’ve been going to this Costco for years because it’s the location closest to me, despite horrible parking conditions. Today, after spending over a grand at their location, they gave us the worst customer service, not making eye contact, acting like it was such an inconvenience to help us, and then going through every item on the receipt and matching it with the cart as if we stole something instead of being treated like valuable customers. They really went into each item of the cart, willing to hold up the line upon exiting, as if we haven’t been going there every couple weeks for our necessities. I know we’ll have to keep going back because of the convenience of location, but I really hope they start hiring people that actually like working with people. Costco runs have always been so fun, and now we go there and get met with cranky managers and staff, as if we don’t spend our hard earned dollars there routinely.a week agoI go to this store every week. Person standing at the front of the store doesn’t even care to look at your card, but while in self checkout they want to intimidate you by making sure it is you on The picture. I was told told it is my husband and not me on the picture. Change the policy and properly check the card at the front, not when I am about to spend a few hundred dollars!a month agoAlmost anything you need, but in bulk. Very helpful staff throughout the hugh building. If you’re able, it’s best to shop during the week. On weekends it gets very busy. All in all, I like the prices and the hardworking staff. Thank you.

3 weeks agoIf you see a sign that says “Please ask for assistance if interested in any ___ products” with nothing to put in your cart, I will tell you what the sign should really say, because you won’t find anyone at Costco to provide assistance.1. Take a phone picture of the product card that shows the product number and price. 2. Go to the checkout counter and show the picture on your phone to the cashier. 3. The cashier will add the item to your receipt so that you pay for it. 4. Show the receipt to the checkout manager desk that is in the hall area outside checkout, left of the pizza. The person there will go into the back storage area to give you the product. 5. Leave Costco and show your receipt with the product to the door people.
I guess Costco needed to do this because it had an epidemic of people smuggling Dyson vacuum cleaners hidden inside other products.
a month agoNow it’s getting more and more expensive. You have to buy in bulk and not long expiration dates ???????? Always busy and no parking is available ???? Same situation ????????I most of the time go for gas filup. Their gas price always best in town. I love salad ???? and fruit from Costco. It’s was so convenient when they had photo ???? department and pharmacy in union but it’s closed now. Canteen quick bite food ???? is tasty and price is reasonable.a week agoThis particular Costco is not great. Costco as an experience is good but this store is NOT organized and really crowded all the time. Wait times to cashier can be long (one time had to go to the back of the store to get in line to pay). Employees are generally nice but very stressed from all crowd and have to work to keep things moving so no room for timely customer service or help. Several items especially produce/fruits I found having mold or just not fresh/ bad quality. The food corner is ok but the space is very small compared to number of people there and same for the seating area.Overall would highly recommend you drive a bit further to another Costco for a better experience.
3 months agoSo many things to buy, only negative comment is the food cafeteria here is too small and lacks space for the cartsa month agoI am a regular at this Cotsco and I love the items they have. They keep great food inventory at unbeatable prices. The only caveat is that you must avoid it during the weekend as it gets very busy.

Costco’s never disappoint! This was a large warehouse that had a separate store for liquor purchases so don’t expect to see a wine section inside. The selection of items were quite impressive from fresh sushi, ready made foods, to sandals and throws. I felt that this was overly stocked with snacks though, instead of toys or electronics. Overall, it’s a very busy location with difficulty finding parking on a Sunday afternoon, so be prepared to walk a bit.
As for the liquor options, lots of tequila and vodkas, including some premium at prices quite high than other Costco’s in different states that I’ve found.
My local Costco store. Built a few years ago, this Costco is clean, well-stocked, and has friendly helpful employees. It’s usually busy almost any time you go, but the lines do move quickly. They have a separate line for self-checkout, which is primarily there for quicker checkouts and smaller quantities. The addition of the self-checkout has made things easier and faster for me, as I don’t always have a full cart. Makes things easier when I only have a few items to buy.
Yes, they have good prices, but you better have the correct ID and have it out and have it ready and don’t use your wife’s id if she’s in the car because they’re going to give you a hard time.
And come on guys… Christmas trees in mid-August?

1215pm on a Thursday the place was a madhouse. Parking lot full even for the handicap parking. Extraordinarily busy. We ordered a pizza and it was done fast considering. Hot dog toppings are limited to mustard, ketsup & relish. The Kirkland dogs are made with 100% USDA-inspected beef and contain no fillers, byproducts, or corn syrup. Good for a quick lunch. $9.99 for a 6 slice pie and $1.50 for the dog and unlimited refill soda.
I should have written this review two months ago. This review is for Costco Optical at Teterboro. Since last year, we started to order contact lens for our kid, to make him convenient to play soccer . This year, it’s our mistake that we forgot to order on time. When we realized that, it’s very close to our kid’s next big ID camp. We were told by Costco Optical that it might not be ready before we left for the ID camp in MA. The optical department manager James told us that he will give it a try and asked us to go back the day before our departure.
On that day we went back, James told us that our order was still on the way after a long time search on his storage closet. He read our kid’s nervous face. James suggested us to talk with Dr. Fox to borrow some try-on pairs; Dr. Fox is an onsite optometrist who gave us the vision prescription. Unfortunately, it’s Monday and Dr. Fox closed his office on Mondays. James immediately realized the situation, and called Dr. Fox what happened. Very luckily, Dr. Fox let James opened the office door using backup key and picked up FIVE pairs of contact lens for our kid. What a great help! Let our kid saw soccer balls clearly on his ID camp in MA. Many thanks to Costco Optical, James, and Dr. Fox.
