  1. I was pleased with the fast response time. The technician called me within 30 minutes, picked up the part and arrived shortly after. He was very informative and friendly. My hot water heater was repaired and running within 2 hours of calling to schedule a service call!

  2. I am not sure why this company got so many positive reviews. I feel like that I will never trust reviews online.

    We needed service to help repair a toilet. Basically, we just needed a hand to install the flange ring and some screws. We have all the tools (electric drills, saws, screw drivers, wax ring, flange, primer/clement, many screws). We could do it ourselves but thought it might be better for professionals. A technician came with about 20 minutes late, then told us it would cost about $500 for the repair. I asked for how long this job would take. He responded that it would take about an hour. Then, I also asked the cost for the materials he brought, it is basically a metal ring, and he told me this costs $60 (he was reluctant to tell me the price of this). This is just a $5 ring you can find in Homedepot.

    I declined the service. The technician charged me $70 for visit, which was about 5 min. I understand that some home visits need to be paid for because the professionals come to inspect the issues that we do not know. But this time, it was definitely not this case. We have put our toilet away, and left the connection pipe there with a broke flange ring. Everything was cleaned perfectly without any smell. So, $70 for a 5-min visit.

    To be clear, that was nothing wrong with this technician. He might be doing all he is told or trained to do. I mean, this company, you really think people’s money is just very easy?

  3. This company earns an A++! From my first call to request help with plumbing repairs to the company’s follow up after service, they have been extremely professional and so friendly. The office kept me updated on the arrival time of the plumber, and Andrew arrived on time. He is an excellent representative of the company! He was knowledgeable, professional but friendly, and was quick with his repairs. I highly recommend Banks Quarles and will be using them for all my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs.

  4. Service technician was absolutely fantastic!!! He is 10 stars. Communicates. On the other hand, the disconnect between the people answering the phone and dispatch is real. And I believe the problem is with the people answering the phone. We have been told we were “scheduled” for service and no one shows up. I understand things happen, jobs take longer than expected..:but how about letting your customer (who is patiently waiting) know that you aren’t going to make it. Props however to the technicians tho. They do a good job

  5. We’ve used BQ before and they never disappoint. Sure, they’re more expensive than the competition, but if you want something done well, they deliver. We’ve had them install our heat pump in the past – zero issues with it a year later. Today Andrew came to replace two water spigots – the installation was old so it took him a while but he got it done and working great. He explained everything that he was doing, gave me options, and clarified all questions I had. Whatever he’s paid, he deserves a raise!

    Absolutely outstanding, Mr. Smith was upfront about costs to perform necessary actions to properly assess my issue, and promptly fixed my toilet. I had a loose toilet caused by an old flange. He explained the issue to me, showed me the defect, and told me what he was going to do to fix it. He did not have my specific part on hand, but a quick trip and he was back in no time. He fixed my issue within 2 hours of arriving at my home. Seriously great work!

    We bought an older home which comes with older pipes of course. We also have a very busy and curious little boy so you can only imagine how well that goes. Andrew has now come out to our house 3 times with roto rooter to unclog our drains. He was courteous and professional each time. He fixed the problem fast and efficiently. We are already repeat customers and I’m sure with this kid we’ll be repeat customers again!

    My water heater busted, thus flooding I needed a brand new one and keep it up to code. It was great, within a few minutes someone was at the door looked around, & told me what to expect. Then not to long after the specialist came and changed it And educated me. Thanks for the warm shower!

    Premiere used to be the company I called for all my heating and cooling problems. So when I was having trouble with my gas fireplace, I called them. The first day I missed the call back because I was asleep after working 12hrs, but the caller didn’t leave a message. When I called them back I was put on the schedule for the next morning. At noon when no one had shown up, I called back only to be told that they had some emergencies and they would send someone as soon as they could. Two o’clock they called saying that the technician was headed my way. Hours later, thinking they would be closing soon, I called at 4:25 and got the answering service, who got upset because I didn’t know who was coming out. I’m telling her that they were coming to fix my gas fireplace; I mean you’re answering calls for this company you should know how to screen and route calls. So she gets a technician to call me back who tells me they don’t know who was suppose to come out but it’ll be two hours before he can come or he can come tomorrow but he don’t know what time he’ll make it. I have wasted a whole day waiting on these people and I’m suppose to waste the day away tomorrow too. I told him to just forget it because they have lost all respect for people’s time. I felt like I was being a bother to them but it won’t happen again.
