They are local, authentic, beautiful ambiance, & I REALLY REALLY REALLY dont want them to go out of business so please everyone SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! I drive 20 minutes on the regular just for pot stickers if nothing else. They’ve become my comfort food. But all the food I’ve had here is so good! Even their soy sauce tastes better than regular soy sauce. I can never NOT eat at least some of them in the car before pulling off. I even got my picky eater daughter to try them & she likes their food too. …. and did I mention EXCELLENT service every time! 👍🏾👌🏾 Lots of options! Other reasons to visit here are the staff are always sooo nice and polite & the ambiance is so calm but also really unique & cool. Despite being unexpectedly less crowded, it ought to attract more customers due to the superb food and friendly employees. You can easily locate parking close to the restaurant on Roosevelt or in the neighborhood. The fried rice with crab and basil is one of our favorite recipes. We also ordered corn and potato fritters, chive dumplings, and veggie spring rolls in addition to our other food selections. Each appetizer was excellent. Our server took care of our order really courteously. We were a big group with a variety of preferences and adaptations, all of which were simply accommodated. You should also try the hot ginger tea; it’s a great beverage for the frigid Chicago winter. Their curries have never been on my menu.By Douglas Dennis (a month ago)Among Chicago’s top Thai eateries. Despite being surprisingly less popular, it should get more attention because of its excellent cuisine and welcoming staff. Parking is simple to come by in the vicinity of the restaurant on Roosevelt or in the surrounding area. Our favorites are the crab and basil fried rice. In addition, we ordered the corn and potato fritters, chive dumplings, and veggie spring rolls. I enjoyed every single appetizer. Our order was handled with kindness and flexibility by our server. We had a large group, and each member had their own preferences and customizations, all of which were easily met. I felt so lucky to be living so close to this place. Recently it just became accessible to me again and I finally went back and as far as I’m concerned they’re just as good as ever. Mongolian beef and cashew chicken are my favorites but so far everything has always been really good from here. I love these guys and they’ve always been friendly and easy to order from they’re very well organized and very on it as far as getting your order right. I can’t tell you how much it means to me that they’re still around. And also I feel it would be useful to add that I got there on an e-scooter and had to carry the order home in a backpack it was a huge order with approximately four entrees and two appetizers containing lots of sauce in containers, they packed it up so well I was able to put it in the backpack and travel 3 miles back home on an e-scooter and everything was completely intact and sealed in its containers they did a fantastic job it was like they were playing Tetris and doing a really good job of it.By Michael Fiedler (9 months ago)Did a quick pick-up can’t really talk about inside atmosphere but the best damn beef and broccoli I’ve had in years. They provide good food for a decent price. The decor in the dining room is way outdated and it has a funky smell too. I ordered the walnut shrimp, I was told that the large shrimp I could only get 21 pieces of shrimp for the large order. Now I’ve been ordering this item for quite some time, now all of a sudden there’s a rule attached to it. The Biggest bunch of sugar.honey.ice.tea (Sh%t) I’ve ever heard of. A large order cost 14.00 and some change. If you’re going to change the rules put a big sign up. So all the customers can see it!!!
Very rude if my wife didn’t want it I would have walked out. The women taking orders had a what do u want attitude instead of can I help you approach. The food looked old but I was told it was fresh. Spend a couple dollars more and go to a real Chinese restaurant.
Great food but the service is horrible they never give me what I want and I’m always missing food and staff can be really rude and give attitude !!!
4 people in front of me for their food to be cooked and mine was already in my bowl I asked if I could just pay and leave and they made me wait 9 minutes for the food everyone else was waiting for. Why though? I already had everything I needed?
The food was good and it was a bit crowded when I got there (5:30PM) The items I wanted were there and I was able to get a seat. Friendly staff.
