There were a couple customers and fewer employees. I could tell it was going to be hours before I got to talk to anyone and I could not wait that long. They were helping people but it was super super slow. Every employee was just staring at screens waiting for some kind of answer or transaction or refresh or whatever. There wasn’t a single conversation taking place at all the entire time except when one employee asked another employee where a third employee was at. Every single person, customer and employee alike was just sitting on our bored thumbs waiting for the grass to grow, the paint to dry, and the world to stop spinning. I was there because of a lost phone. Jessica was helpful and upbeat which certainly helped my mood. She was able to get me settled in with a new phone and her tech knowledge made the transition much easier.

Moises C is a really good sales associate, he is friendly, helpful and ready to help! This Cellphone store located inside the mall is in my opinion the best location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful & it’s a plus that it’s located in the mall where you can do most of your shopping as you’re also shopping for a new phone.
