  1. I called Verizon for assistance transferring data from one phone to the other on a business phone and was told to go to this store for assistance free of charge. Upon arrival, I was told that there would be a $45 charge for their help. I explained my call with their rep and her stating there would be no charge. I received nothing but push back from a rep who said his name, but refused to write it down for clarification purposes as it was difficult to understand his mumbled voice. He replied with, “I said it and that is good enough.” I asked to speak with a manager…he refused to get me in touch with one. I asked for the owner’s name, and again, he refused to give it to me. When I finally said, fine, I will pay and deal with this later, he refused to help me just to be difficult—even though he was lazily sitting in a chair playing on his phone-there was not a single other customer in the store. Finally, Ben, the other rep saw what was going on and stepped in to assist. The first rep, small overweight man with a terrible dark mustache, should be fired! Ask for Ben, otherwise you may be insulted, degraded and harassed…

  3. Juan was very helpful. He did good job explaining everything to me. I was very hesitant on switching providers after being with my old one for 20 plus years. I never felt like I was getting pressured into signing up. He was very transparent and answered all my questions and even helped me set up my phone for almost an hour. Appreciate him helping out.

    I experienced an issue with a promised upgrade to my account costing more than I had been told in this store. Having been unable to satisfactorily resolve the issue online, I drove down to the store again. Morgan, the rep in the store, was incredibly helpful. Although it was not his problem – he had not been there when I’d bought the service originally – he really went to bat for me with Verizon support and stayed with it for almost an hour until things were worked out well. I am very grateful for the customer service provided by this gentleman. He has made sure that this particular customer stays with Verizon for many years to come!

    I wish I’d gotten her name, because the rep who helped us today was awesome! She was the only one working at the time, and had three different customers she was helping all at the same time – and of course all of us had various issues which needed her attention.     Kayla was absolutely amazing! She helped my family of 5 upgrade to new phones and even helped us find a cheaper rate on their 5G service. We all got the iPhone 14 and thanks to their special, we were able to trade in our old devices for something of this century. She really went above and beyond for us by helping us transfer our data and even gave us a call later in the week and gave us her personal number in case we had any further questions or problems. If you’re looking for a new phone or plan, come into this store everyone is so friendly and helpful and if you want above and beyond service ask for Kayla.

    I was due for an upgrade and DeJan was more than helpful. He was friendly and professional from start to finish. He walked me through the discounts available, answered all my questions and had excellent customer service. Been to a few different carriers and even different Verizon stores and this one’s the best by far.
