I made a comment to him telling him it wouldn’t hurt to smile and be nice to your customers. He said he hadn’t had his coffee yet (at 12:30 in the afternoon). Not only was my phone, with its many programs, brought up-to-date, but a startling fact was discovered by Adolfo, who offered to speak with my audiologist about problems I had been having with my Signia application causing screeching problems with my hearing devices much of the time. We got them and everything was great until the first bill. Added to the bill was insurance and storage fees (which we didn’t have or asked for). It was eventually removed, but the credits for the new phone didn’t show up. After 5 trips to the store, I was assured that everything was approved and taken care of. After 4 months, still have received no credits and still they maintain that I have been approved. Last trip, the rep said that he would talk to the manager and get it resolved and he would call me back. After 2 weeks, no call back, no resolution. Now the store will not answer their phones and I still can’t get to the manager. The staff is always very professional and helpful. I came in today with a pretty advanced customer service problem that the Verizon authorized retailer on 41 created, but refused to help fix. The store manager Naheem spent almost two hours helping me deal with multiple customer service departments until the issue was resolved. Can’t thank him enough!. I’d also like to point out that a bunch of the negative reviews are for the wrong store, calling it a retailer which this is not. This is the only corporate Verizon store in Naples. I highly recommend staying away from authorized retailers (especially Victra).
