  1. It’s my favorite so far in the E. valley. I know if I look at a rack and it says, small, medium, or large, whatever. I’m going to find it there. It’s clean, well organized, and all the employees are awesome. I wish I could name them all, just so their bosses know. They all deserve a raise. I’ve been in Ross stores where clothes are thrown anywhere and left. This is one of the best. My sister drives from Chandler to go shop with me at this Ross. Kudos to good management and good employees!

  3. I loved shopping at Ross store at Arizona. I brought my granddaughter a gift for her birthday. Love the girls dresses and sandals. It was hard too choose. So much selections to choose from. Will be back!!!

  4. This Ross is right by our house. Sometimes when you go in there it’s absolutely dirty. This time however it seemed to be fairly clean products were organized okay. It was nice though they actually had a large selection of shoes this time. I find it difficult to shop here for clothes however I do like to shop here for soap and facial cleanser. They seem to have the best prices on those things. I did this time pick up some nice shoes for a decent price. There was a lot of people shopping there and there was very little waiting they actually had all the registers going and plenty of cashiers for a change. Everyone was very friendly.

  5. Bad attitudes. Unfriendly employees. Rude and horrid customer service. They reduce price of one item but won’t acknowledge it on another exact same item.
    Been to 20 locations across Phoenix area and visit them weekly. This one is a dump. Disorganized and smells. Items all over floors. That coupled along with rude staff, and terrible customer service, aligns for shutting this location down.

    Pretty good selections and organization. My only complaint was how dirty the bathrooms were. From the floors the toilet and sink area… and into the steak with the changing table. Nice that they have one, but i would not want to put my child on it. I have no idea the last time they even attempted to clean it. Also not happy with the fact that the changing table had some choice words scratched in to it. Wish Ross would do something about that. The staff seemed to also have poor attitudes like they didn’t want to be there. Overall, I found what I needed, and the prices were just like any other Ross.

    I like this location. It was very clean, easy to find things, and this was an hour before closing! All the employees seemed very nice and helpful. I will definitely visit this location more often, they really have a ton of cute stuff in every department. But tbh it was the staff here that really makes me visit again. Good customer service goes along way.

    There is hardly anything on the shelves. The cashier was super nice and funny. The Security guard was great as well. They were laughing and having a good time at the same time as helping me. It was nice to go out and shop again. New carry on bag!!

    Tons of selection and fairly well organized, at least for toys. They also have a self-checkout which is awesome, since I’ve had to wait and line for 30 minutes before just by two items. There’s a genius idea!

    Me and my daughter went in and it was smooth shopping, the clothes was in the right spot so we’re able to go through the whole rack picking out what we wanted. Although, the fitting rooms are still not open right now we will be trying them all at home. Like my daughter says, “let’s have a little fashion show and then we take back what we don’t like or what don’t fit. “
