  1. Seriously!!!! I preordered my phone two weeks ago and the girl who did the upgrade used the wrong address. If you’re not going to verify my information then don’t work there. I still have receive my phone. I hope she doesn’t work there long. Worst customer support ever. She didn’t know what the hell she was doing. If she did, I would have gotten my order by now. Now I have to go back to a Verizon store to solve this that shouldn’t have happened in the first place

  2. Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They wouldn’t even help me even though there was 20 minutes before the store was closing and there were multiple workers standing around not helping anyone. Also, what retail store closes at 5 PM when most people are just getting off work. I will not be going back here, and I would strongly recommend that others avoid this store and other Verizon-owned stores. Either go with another carrier or go to a Verizon retailer store like the one in Ontario Mills.

  3. This place has trash service, offers no deals, its almost like the paying customer is bothering them, they are rude, will never go again. The chick with too much make constantly rolling her eyes or was really high couldnt tell it was like out of a comedy how bad the service was. No one knew prices or was willing to help almost had to adk if they really worked there. Oh and some army vet guy was so rude it was like i was bothering him fire them all re hire new staff they are trash and do not know how to do their job.

  4. Typical horrible service from Verizon. This place opens late and closes early. 10am to 6pm. Just need to pick up an order. Pretty simple. Waiting in line for over 10 minutes. Service rep skips my turn in line to help the person that came in after me. Pretty typical of people in Cali to go out of their way to inconvenience people.

  5. Managers profile you and deny you service based on appearance. Especially the female, sitting there on instagram on public view while several customers waiting. Very rude and acting like answering a question is beneath her, can’t believe she’s a manager. Wow. The tipping point today was that i was in here last week with my mother and daughter and they gladly allowed them to use the restroom because of the long wait, now today i am here on my own and all of a sudden they dont have public restrooms, and when i called them out on it they tried to make up some story about the city making them shut it down because they dont have someone on payroll “designated to clean the restrooms” drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the one on milliken and concours.

    The best customer service that I’ve ever had. I came into this store for an iPhone return and Ryshaun assisted me right away. He was very attentive, helpful and kind. He explained a guided me through the whole return process. Anything you need at the store I recommend Ryshaun. He is the best person to ask for.

    Received the absolute worst customer service ever here today. Waited almost an hour just to speak to someone who could care less and told me I’d need to get another device to do the trade-in since phone wasn’t working. Well interestingly I went across the street to the Verizon near the Chick fil an and they were absolutely amazing. Weird they could take care of everything without me having to go home to get another device. I will NEVER go to this Verizon ever again.

    Normally, I hate going to the Verizon store. It just annoys me for some reason but yesterday was a totally different experience. The customer service in the store was exceptional and comfortable. The store was not busy, I was able to go in and talk to someone right away about issues I was having with my new phone. The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, zipped through tons of screens, diagnosed my problem, inserted a new Sim card, tested my phone, and I was done and out of there in about 15-20 minutes. Best Verizon experience I’ve ever had.

    My husband and I am came by the store about a month ago and we were told by one of the representatives that we were eligible for all three of our lines to upgrade. The represented also advised us to wait for the black Friday deals because it was to our benefit to get the most money for all 3 phones. We went back to the store today on Black Friday and we were told right away that we were not able to upgrade all of our phones and that if we wanted to upgrade them we we’re going to end up losing our numbers and our plan was gonna changing as well. The information provided to us by the Verizon store representative (Jason the manager) was false. The Verizon Representatives from the store unfortunately don’t know what they’re doing, they are not knowledgeable at all and they lack of customer service skills starting of with the manager Jason. Unfortunately we will not be coming back to the store and we are looking to switch providers. If I could give the store -0 negative starts I would

    Here’s my advise to you. Based on the ratings I see here as well as my own personal experience, I would highly suggest you close down and end business. It’s not working. Your workers don’t know what they are doing. I walked in today looking to upgrade my phone. As soon as walked thru the doors I had a bad feeling already. I was looking for a place to sign in as you see at other stores. The guy who was signing in people was busy with a customer so I had to wait incase I get skipped. Finally I am checked in. Everything was going fine. The phone I was to take home was decided. The sales rep, Amanda, was nice and helpful. But the system responsible for taking orders broke down. She could not sell us the phone. We stayed there for over an hour for her to test the system over and over again. Finally she advised that we come back in a couple of hours to see if the system would return and we can finish the sale. Okay, very inconvenient, but whatever. We went to get something to eat, come back. Amanda had left. The other helper told us the system did not go down and not sure what we were talking about. We asked her to sell the phones but part of the service was to transfer data between my old phone to the new one. Her reason for not doing it is because they closing in 1/2 hour and it takes an hour to transfer. We walked out. No sales. NO business. Just wasted time. We won’t be back.

    Worst Worst customer service since I have Cell phone. Being a loyal Verizon customer for many years. It is SO SAD to say. Tried to talk about the issue with Edith who stated she is the manager. She is rude too. I fully understand the recent working environment due to employee retention. Not trying to give anyone a trouble. However, I hope this will not never happen to other customers. Please keep away from this Verizon corporate store.

    Worst customer service website closing time 7pm. Walked in at 5:10pm they said they were closed. Told them hours on website said 7pm was there closing time and told me website hours was wrong. Really disappointed pay a lot of money for this service and I couldn’t get the help that I need on my day off.
