  1. Bibiana was super knowledgeable and was able to work the best deal for us. She was also incredibly patient with all of our questions. This was the fastest and easiest phone upgrade experience we’ve ever had!

  2. Salesperson was kind and helpful. He was alone with 12 people in store waiting. He did the best he could but we were there for a long while

I’m not sure who the lady was that helped me and my husband on my birthday as she never introduced herself she stayed seated and asked how she could help she was really rude to my husband and not waiting to see what things we could do for his phone and when we asked about changing a line we don’t use because we don’t have the device it’s connected to a tablet line for our daughter she just insisted we call to cancel the line didn’t try to offer any promotions or offers my husband and I have both worked in phone company’s and we know how it goes. By far the worst person to work at a store she has no customer service expectations for herself or the store. Frankly I wish someone else was working that day. This Verizon store really needs to get more friendlier and energetic staff.

  4. I received full attention from the associate. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not try to push me to buy things. He found a better solution to my problem than I could hope for. I recommend this store and Daniel.

  5. So I have to update this after two weeks of switching, cause wow this has been awful! Bibiana did such a god awful job that it cost me probably 10 hours of my life. She is a nice person, but thanks to her multitasking she didn’t activate my two phones so neither worked for 4 days until I went in and had to wait for an unholy amount of time. The people helping me that day didn’t offer any compensation for my wasted time or the fact that their employee made a huge error which I over heard them say sounds about the norm for that employee. Lastly I just found out today she auto enrolled all my devices in a protection plan I was never spoken to about or agree to plus coughing out another 68$ on my bill. Thankfully Verizon themselves are wonderful and have fixed the mistakes this store seems to do. Thank you Verizon and to the owners of this store, step up.

    I was getting my device order for me from the store,Shannon (store manager) was rude and made painfull transaction and stressfull return and over charged , also unprofessional with no customer service skill, i am loyal customer of Verison never had bad experience with verison, i called verison to solved my issue Shannon made me pay all the over charge fee and she didn’t want waive any extra charge and pay my money back, even i bought the device 2 hours before return because it was cheaper on line with no extra charge for placing order or return fee, or shipping, Shannon as manager never offered me promotion retail value, DO NOT DEAL WITH SHANNON She doesn’t have any customer service skill and she is rude. I don’t recommend this store. This company need more training for employees. How they can solve the problem for customer and take care of customer needs.

    Horrible customer service. Do not deal with Shannon she is the manager here, and she is unprofessional and incredibly rude. I called before I came in and spoke to a salesperson about accessing my account, when I came in and told Shannon about this she said “that’s why that employee won’t be working here anymore.” She was not helpful, very aggressive, and overall shouldn’t be a manager. She also refused to give me a receipt, and when I called later she hung up the phone abruptly halfway through the conversation.

    Shannon who helped me was able to answer all my questions. Even when she was the only associate in the store she worked through our significant line quite quickly. Thank you Shannon for a friendly, speedy, and knowledgeable experience.

    I honestly hate going to any Verizon store but I needed help. Oscar was so helpful, informative and and kind. I was very grateful! Everything went very smoothly!!

    Beware ! This is not real Verizon… if something goes wrong you are on your own… Verizon does not stay behind it’s name When we visited San Marcos location for needing a replacement for a phone , Associate named Anthony was there , wasn’t very welcoming or willing to help ( he was super short with us ) and we called customer service before visiting the store to know our options that all the information we learned about our situation, when we told Anthony about it he said the person you talked didn’t know what they were doing ! Anyway…we end up getting a IPhone SE (asked for a receipt he said we would get an email , which we never did) and phone turned out having technical issues when we wanted to return it they wanted to charge us restocking fee out the door $70 us leaving empty handed because we wanted to return defective goods. The day we wanted to return there was someone else and he printed the receipt for us and turned out screen protector Anthony gave us saying it’s free store having a promotion end up $60 on the receipt. So no honest business…

    I was told I was third with a wait of fifteen minutes I was OK with this I actually waited for fourty five minutes and was skipped twice. They didn’t even notice I had left for thirty minutes and called me I was so ignored it seemed like being a Caucasian was last on service. If I was Espanic I probably would have been serviced promptly. I’m seriously thinking of changing service.

    I can honestly say that I have never been to a cell phone store (I am talking even back in the day of the brick phones) that inspired me to write a review until today. To make a long story short, I had a mishap with the online ordering and pickup, so I had to go in person which I was NOT happy about, but this experience was beyond outstanding! Jony Martinez helped me, and I have no words to describe how helpful, how knowledgeable, and how customer-focused he was. He apologized for the mishap even though the situation was not his fault, he set me up with the phone I wanted and made sure all my data and information were transferred from my old phone to my new phone with ease. The store was clean and well-organized, and the customer service was/is above and beyond! Wow, just, WOW! Thank you, Jony and your store; you have set the standard!

    Verizon has horrible customer service. They have ripped me off 2 months in a row. One month $450 then next month $350 after being a customer for 19 years. Ridiculous. 1st chance I get I’m getting away from them for good.

    I used to be a Verizon Customer many years ago and the service was not bad at all now I decided to look into Verizon again so I went to the place in San Marcos it seemed like nothing is the same anymore the place looks nice but the service is definitely not good also you got to wait 1 hour or 2 hours to talk to someone about a plan so I decided to leave because I won’t wait 15 minutes for my doctor to see me why would I wait one or two hours for someone to give me a plan unfortunately I’m disappointed I guess these big companies they think the phone is an addiction so you will wait and I hope the people realize what they need to do is walk out sooner or later they hire enough people to accommodate maybe that’s what it’s going to take so so for now I am good I’ll just stay where I’m at thank you Verizon for saving my money nothing personal I just thought you were better and customer service
