Berries make up a significant portion of my produce budget, so I take great care to be extremely picky about what I buy. Whole Foods has some of the best produce in retail today. Don’t get me started on Just Ice Tea founded by the original founders of Honest Tea! I love the deeply sophisticated taste of this perfectly formulated semi sweet tea that leaves a cool crisp & refreshing taste in my mouth after drinking it. As a man who counts calories, sugar content is important to me. I lived in Green Hills for years and did all my shopping at the Green Hills location but after visiting the Cool Springs store I noticed that they have some products here that the Green Hills location does not.. The employees have always been nothing but friendly and helpful.. The store is generally clean and their products are organized.. The prices aren’t shockingly expensive, but you’re always going to pay a premium for “health food”.. And you definitely get what you pay for.. The produce here is some of the best around.. Fresh and clean, with many organic and local options.. If you don’t find the juice or drink you’re looking for just visit the in-house juice bar and order yours just the way you like it!! There’s plenty of prepared food here, from the salad and hot bars, to sushi and pizza.. The bakery always has something fresh and appealing.. There’s a great coffee shop and even a full bar at this location.. If you’re looking for something more substantial for dinner check the menu by the bar.. Many reasonably priced healthy dishes are made to order.. Clean bathrooms and a lounge area to sit and have a cup of coffee or a meal before shopping.. - Reviews:Very pleased with how well stocked and organized the store is. The managers are very nice and very helpful. I am always greeted by the staff anytime walking around the store and offered help in the store or out to my car. The deli section is very busy but well staffed. I have known mike from Franklin Publix and am excited to see him again especially to talk Giants!! Overall I am equally distance from Spring Hill and this Publix and I always pick this one. This location has a great selection and I think what sets Publix apart from other grocery chains is the people who work there. My goodness, everyone was so genuinely helpful and friendly. The bakery is so delicious, and the web based Publix application is super helpful if you want to find the specific item, as it pinpoints the isle the item is located at. Standing around, chatting, fixing their hair is evidently more important than customer service. Poor management here.
With a grocery cart full, the customer should not have to self check.
Not one lane was open at 9pm!
I’ve lived in a few different states, and been to many Walmart stores in my life. This is by far the best one I have ever shopped at. They always have what I need in stock, and the store itself is fairly clean and organized. I also feel like I’ve never had to wait too long to check out (granted I do mostly self-checkout). I go out of my way to go to this location, if I need to hit up a Walmart.
Extremely large Wal-Mart, had more products than most other Wal-Marts. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a little bit of an adventure, but it WAS raining and at night. Mens clothes department did not have a lot of sizes. But staff was helpful and courteous.
Honestly, I’m not a huge Walmart fan. However, this location as well ran and put together with helpful employees. Being new from California, at least I was familiar with Walmart and what they carry.
The customer service here is horrible. Most of their staff look and act like they do not want to work. I had an older woman in the tire center get smart with me when I asked her coworker what was taking so long. He was curtious but she was not. I went to report this behavior to customer service because I refuse to argue with people that are taking my money. A manager named Coach addressed my concerns, but looked at me like what did he expect him to do. He did say he was going to talk to her but I left with very little confidence that would happen. Don’t expect good service here, even in Cools springs.
