The parking lot was a little hard to navigate, it’s set up a little weird to me, and I feel as if there’s not a ton of parking. They also offer Prospera money service (run my moneygram payment system). The standard items which are known for walmart. shop regularly here although I end up getting there after 9:00 pm the staff is absolutely Phenomenal they appear to know where every single item that you need is what I only time etc. they will go and they will pull the item off the shelf and hand it to you they are much more than just courteous to customers and it shows as well
I have to be honest I actually live 2 + blocks from this particular store
But I truly do appreciate the staff here I even go to the same cashier most often unfortunately I am absolutely not sure what her name is but I need to go there now and cash my social security check if she is there I will find out and include it the next time I get the urge to post something and if by chance the customer service department is closed when I do arrive well then I will be gladly returning tomorrow sometime

And the SELF WATERING feature is IDEAL! Water goes in the well of the attached planter and that’s it! Just check it periodically! Affordable, too!Love it! ❤️

The shopping area is fine but the restroom is a whole different story. The ladies restroom was so dirty with trash on the floor, overflowing trash cans and water all over the floor in the handicap stall. One sink didn’t work so everyone was trying to squeeze in to use the one working sink…. Just GROSS!!!
Walmart at Buena Park Mall offers a satisfactory shopping experience. The store, like other Walmart outlets, is generally clean and well-organized, with a wide variety of products to choose from.
The mall itself is going through a tough period, with quite a few vacant store spaces and relatively low foot traffic. This doesn’t impact the Walmart shopping experience, but it does affect the overall ambience of the mall.
One issue to note at this Walmart location is the high number of items locked up due to theft concerns. While it is commendable that the store takes steps to prevent theft, it can sometimes be a hassle for customers who need assistance to access these items. It can be challenging to find staff members to help unlock the cases.
Despite these minor issues, the Walmart at Buena Park Mall delivers a fairly solid 4-star shopping experience. The store could further improve by having more staff available to assist customers, especially with the locked cases.
Was awesome like always. I love my regular checkers. They are so nice and sweet, if they could I’m sure they would make and give you fresh baked cookies and send you on your way with a big smile. I really don’t like going shopping but these sweet woman make it worth it. Even if I go in on a bad day they make me smile and forget about my bad day for a few.
