I recently had surgery and can’t bend down or walk very well and she didn’t make conversation with me. Refused to acknowledge my existence when I was standing there and took my bag and things and said “I don’t have anywhere to put it.” As if there aren’t 5 carts right behind her she could have grabbed. The atmosphere is nice and staff are very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the produce isn’t always the best. It’s a pick and choose kind of thing and you just have to be cautious with picking out certain items.By Quinn (2 months ago)Best prices, store arrangement makes beautiful sense; just don’t forget some bags and 1 quarter for a cart! They don’t have grocery bags, but if you forget bags you can almost always find an empty cardboard from one of the shelves to use! Love the random seasonal goods!By Isaac Garst (7 months ago)Simplified shopping. Smaller store, plain shelves, fewer brands but all are good quality and cheaper than anywhere else. Good selection of beer and wine and produce. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Can feel cramped and I personally dislike that they don’t provide bags. This Kroger store has really gone downhill in the last three or four years. Too many items in every department on every aisle are consistently out of stock, only half of my shopping list can ever be filled there, and they rarely have more than one checkout lane open in the evening. With the super long lines in the checkout and self service lanes also, it’s horrible customer service that keeps getting worse. Dread having to go in there anymore. Not sure what’s wrong but management needs to pay attention.By Ilona (a year ago)I went to the kroger by the mall in Bloomington Indiana I got on one of the scooters it had a 100% on it by a time I got halfway around the large kroger store it started beeping round I turned it on and gave a little bit of power that goes a little farther I go again and again to get around to the front of the front of the front of the store no 1 still didn’t help me they were people employees excuse me everywhere talking chatting to each other they did not pay attention to me and I got all the way to the flower area by tuning it on and off.By Patty Freeman (2 months ago)Jeff was great! Did my first pick up order today. Great service but am concerned with items. Ordered 4 orange juice 2 were correct but 2 were light with less sugar. They processed a return no issue just concerned with it happening on first order.
I recommend using the service as I know I will again and these small errors may just be part of the convince charge.
I don’t understand the layout that they are changing to. The bread isle is now over by the clothes and walking through the store all you see is confused faces of people who are trying to figure out where things are. The store is almost completely self checkout, with only a few lanes that are not. Are we as customers going to get paid to check ourselves out?
Always have great service when I order my groceries online. I have heart problems so it’s difficult for me to shop in store. Pay from grocery pickup was kind and wonderful. Glad to know there are great people to help me.
I wish they would stop taking away all the Great Value items. Since they so called ” up greated” I can not have the Great Value items I loved. And the phone service to the Pharmacy is awful.
I was in walmart today and I heard this walmart employee. I believe her name is Kat she said sarcastically have a good day. Then yelled this girls name in front of everyone then went on to talk about her to other customers after she left. It was so disrespectful. Do not expect kindness from Kat who was on the grocery door. She was so disrespectful to this person. She needs to be either fired or talked to about customer service.
