  2. Have been a Verizon customer for over 23 years in a rural area and Verizon was the only carrier that worked well in our area.
    Tried another carrier 6 years ago and their service would not work reliably so we stayed with Verizon paying their premium price for good service.

    I got an email from Verizon saying that there would be a $12 price increase on our 3-line plan.
    Chatted with Verizon about lowering the cost of our plan and no cut was offered, I used to get an employee discount through work, they would not offer to do that anymore.
    Went by the Lexington Verizon store with a competitor’s mid-price plan print out of 3 lines all fees and taxes included for $105 per month.
    A savings of $53 per month over Verizon’s plan, $636 per year, the Verizon associate said we cannot lower your bill.

    I went to the competitor and purchased 1 Motorola G Stylus 22 phone and a 1-month prepaid Sim card to try the service in our area.
    Service is great wherever I go and faster than Verizon in a side-by-side test at home.

    The next day I went by the competitor and was able to get 2 Moto G Stylus phones for free as I had paid full price for the first on the prior day.
    I would have stayed with Verizon if they had matched the competition on price, but they would not negotiate.

  3. Stopped in at this Verizon location. The customer service skills of Quiton and the manager Peter was less than stellar. My purpose was to have my sons phone looked at or upgrade to a new phone. I pay a lot to Verizon monthly and it may be time to change after more than 25 years as a customer.

  4. I purchased an iPhone 14 recently and it has been such a pleasure working with Jaelyn! She is very professional and informative! You must ask for her when you visit!

  5. Awful customer service. Waited in the store for over 20 mins until someone checked us in. Waiting another 30 and still didn’t get helped and they weren’t even busy. Tried curbiside pickup and waited an hour. Then when being helped no one had any answers. Do better.

    I just stopped in to Verizon because I had a lot of questions regarding my insurance. I was greeted by Morgan and he was there to answer every question that I had and then he made good offers.he was able to find a solution. To my problem. And I came out with a better deal,not only did I get a new phone but I also left with a Samsung note eight, Morgan’s service was prompt. Morgan is very personable and very well spoken if I were to recommend anyone to Verizon. I would Recommend them to see Morgan. He was prompted with his service. He was able to transfer all my in nation over from my old broken phone to my new materials and I am very pleased. Morgan and Chris the other salesman are very professional and knowledgeable about their work. I have a new phone store for all my cellular needs.

    Please pick your own phone out. Do not let them tell you what you want. Make sure you have a new phone and make sure that phone had no quirks or problems . Google the reviews, in the past I have followed their lead and ended up with a phone that they knew did not have 5 stars. They have misled or flat out lied about the performance of certain phones. It is your decision and I am to blame for trusting their word. Also stay away from a salesman named Rivers. Ask for a salesman named Jose, he is the most honest and trusted Verizon salesman and technician I have me in 13 years. He is at Cellular Sales Wal-Mart parking lot Highway #1 West Cola. 29169.

    After 5 years with the same phone, I knew that I would be needing a new phone, but had put it off for long enough that the inevitable happened. There was no reviving the now-dead device. I was cheerfully greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Marcus. I was far from cheerful at that moment, but Marcus took on that challenge. I had not researched phones prior to this moment and knew that I wanted nothing more than to have something as close to my dead phone as humanly possible. I didn’t want to be stuck with a phone that I didn’t know how to use or hated. He was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and incredibly patient and personable. I left there with a phone that I not only like but am able to use because he made sure its was set up with the features i was familiar with using. He even connected it to my vehicle’s bluetooth for me because I hadn’t done that before. Marcus made all the difference. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, personable… And his patience? Yeah, that’s worth mentioning over and over.

    Cedric was an absolute nightmare. He was super unfriendly and rude. We actually considered not buying anything just because he was more of a bully than a help. DO NOT GO HERE. Cedric ruined a Christmas present that I was getting for my husband. He also said that it was a $30 charge if we opened the phone in the building and tried to set it up. He never walked us through all the deals that were available either. He wanted to get out of the building as soon as possible and be done with work. 100% need to report him to the manager.

    No wait even though they were short staffed and the lady who helped us knew what she was talking about and was very helpful when purchasing a phone for my teenager. She made sure we got the best deal for what we needed. Just a basic phone he could use for emergencies! Prefer this store as it is the MAIN store and not just an authorized retailer.

    If I could give this store a zero, I would! Was directed to go to the store with an application number, pay the down payment and receive my phone in the same day. That did not happen. They ran my credit again, and locked it up. One of the workers was very nasty, and rude. I would love to speak to the district or regional manager.

    My husbands phone was shattered. We wanted to get a new phone, keep his number and our current plan. Gio, whom we could barely understand because he was wearing a mask, was unable to complete this action. We were there for 2 hours before we gave up and left. T Mobile sounds good.
