Compared to many other online pharmacies, the ordering process as a guest was simple and uncomplicated.   4. Attention advertises with low prices and does not deliver! We ordered 10 days ago and so far have only received a preliminary confirmation of the order. If asked after 3 days, we would be assured of shipping on the same day. To date, we have received neither an order confirmation nor the goods. The order has now been canceled and the goods ordered from another pharmacy. You shouldn’t always look at the price and pay a few euros more if you have the best service from the previous mail-order pharmacy! Thanks for nothing!

    Super low prices, always search for Idealo and then put it in the shopping cart. And back again and again the next article. Then you get better prices.

    Thank God I don’t have to go to a pharmacy very often, but I’m happy to come here when I do. Whether it’s an injured finger, a dislocated neck or a headache, I was given very good advice on every problem. The staff seems competent and very friendly. Even my 12 year old walked out with a smile.

    My co-payments from the past year were not printed out because I am not a customer. Allegedly, the submitted recipes could no longer be understood because the data could not be saved without my consent. After consultation with two other pharmacies, it was explained to me that each pharmacy can view the prescriptions retrospectively for a further two years, since they have to be saved. Apparently it is just more time-consuming to create a list with the corresponding co-payments, which is why this pharmacy directly rejects my request. Absolutely customer unfriendly!

    Unfortunately, my impression of the pharmacy is not very good. I had an appointment for a rapid COVID test and after waiting outside for 30 minutes and still not being answered while people with appointments after me were being brought forward, I contacted a staff member about it. Her only reaction was a shrug. Even if I understand that there is a lot going on at the moment, you should still show a certain friendliness. I can still understand the organizational problems that still occur after more than a year, but that you are ignored because you think that you might have been overlooked, that’s not OK in my opinion.

    If you want to be tested and then immediately become ill because the mucous membrane is destroyed, you should go. The employee put the chopstick in until she could just hold it and said she had to leave it in for 2 minutes! I’ve never experienced anything like that. As soon as this was all over I immediately got a headache, coughed, sneezed and was just plain sick!!! It is just negligent to let such people test! And the worst thing is that many people report something like this about this pharmacy.
