  2. Great nice team, helpful, not annoyed and super nice to my child. Although there were so many people there for testing on this Sunday afternoon, the team was just relaxed and friendly both during testing and in the pharmacy. I have to drive a little to get to the pharmacy (I have one nearby), but it’s worth it to me.

  4. I went to 7 pharmacies downtown today. Nobody had these pills that I need. No one has bothered to offer me others. I was then in the Geismar district and there are two pharmacies, one is small and the big one is you…😉
    I had a good feeling and the feeling was confirmed immediately. The young man in the pharmacy was not only friendly and very helpful, but also very personable. I hadn’t even finished my sentence, he came towards me with sentences (we’ll find a solution), it didn’t take 5 minutes and he gave me something similar to the prescription. That’s not all, I didn’t have any money with me and he waived the fees and even gave me two small gifts. From now on I will always come to you. I am infinitely grateful to you and appreciate the kindness and the effort very much. In any case, I will always recommend you. Thank you again. I was really, really, really relieved after so much driving around downtown that had cost me a lot of stress and time. Thank you again.

  5. In cooperation with my family doctor, who electronically forwards a prescription order over the phone to the pharmacy, the service works perfectly. Friendly staff, including the drivers who bring the ordered goods home at no extra charge… Would also give more stars. But no cookies without arms 🍪

    City Apotheke is a very professional pharmacy, especially if you are looking for unique treatment in rare diseases. The owner is very responsive and answers all emails within few hours. He gives good advice and tries to do his best to meet client’s needs. He also extremely friendly person. All products, even those non standard ones, are collected / produced and delivered very quickly. If you live abroad you could pay for your order in advance with zero risk and maximum trust and all your medications are sent wherever you want. Thanks to City Apotheke I can walk again because with my ultra rare disease it was the only place in European Union which was so helpful.

    I went there today with my two children to get some juice for the pain for my middle daughter who had severe ear pain. My little daughter that I had in the manduka screamed. After about 20 seconds, a pharmacy employee asked me if I could handle it? She couldn’t understand anything during her consultation. Absolute disgrace in this situation. This was my last visit to this pharmacy, although the other employee was very friendly.

    Due to my illness, I depend on getting my medication from this pharmacy. The prescription is sent there by post, after which the necessary drug is “manufactured” or the active ingredient is filled into capsules. Since many pharmacies do not really offer this, I became aware of the Apo in a forum. Everything is then packed neatly and securely in a package and shipped. You will also receive an email with a link where you can track the package. For the fact that I have never been there I can say that the service is excellent. Thanks to all the staff for making everything run so smoothly so far. I am very satisfied 👍

    I am a prospective psychotherapist and in the clinical area I use ammonia scented ampoules for patients who tend to dissociate. I would also like to buy these for my practice. The employee informed me that she would make herself liable to prosecution by selling it to me. After all, not everyone can simply buy the scented ampoules if they don’t even know what they are doing. I have never experienced such an outrageous and cross-border treatment in a pharmacy. In addition, the statement was false. Because in another pharmacy I got the ampoules without any problems. The two stars are because I have always found the staff to be friendly and competent up to this point. I will avoid this pharmacy in the future.

    Went there for the second or third time today. The first time because of a somewhat complicated small animal story. The sample medication I brought (for small animals) was checked and I was advised, not pressured/persuaded into making a purchase. Very nice. Just like sharing knowledge. Excellent . Been there for myself today. Great again. I got exactly what I wanted despite the small hurdles because the ladies acted flexibly. In addition, a very nice and unhurried atmosphere. I felt genuine interest played a big part here.

    Actually my favorite pharmacy, but today the unbelievable happened to me. I wanted to fill prescriptions and had some wonderful boletus mushrooms with me, but I wasn’t sure, Red Cap?. So I asked if they could be identified, which used to be possible there. The employee YELLED at me that I used to not be now and that’s not allowed and that I should buy my mushrooms from a specialist store..Then I said that I just wanted advice.Then she YELLED several times that I should leave her pharmacy immediately. …..I didn’t redeem my prescriptions and didn’t buy my cream……they found me the number of the mushroom advice in the next pharmacy. I don’t go to the theater pharmacy anymore……I was really shocked, because I was polite and friendly.
