    I’ve been visiting this pharmacy for more than 6 years. They are knowledgeable and always friendly. If you are not fluent in German, they will try to find a co-worker who can explain you in other languages (e.g. English, Spanish, Arabic…) I always recommend this pharmacy to other international students 🙂

    The staff is very friendly, helpful and counselled me very well. One of them even suggest me a cheaper version of a medicine a doctor prescribed me. She said, it´s the same medicine, just from another company and is cheaper. And another time i had a very embarrassing problem. An older staff lady reassured me that everything is fine and my problem is pretty common and natural. This pharmacy gave me a lot good experience during my time in Darmstadt.

    Today, Sunday, April 30, 2023, I was in the pharmacy. At the cash register when I wanted to pay I was told that it is not “legally” allowed to pay with a €200 bill. I then said to the elderly lady that it was probably possible, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to withdraw it from the ATM either. We still paid with the €200 bill. However, I cannot understand your unfriendly manner as a customer. As is usual in Germany, the start of retirement is very late for some. Unfortunately I had to give one star to rate it at all.

    I was there yesterday The woman at the cash register was very rude and incompetent. Unfortunately, I urgently needed medication and no other pharmacy was open, so I bought something there that was incredibly overpriced. Would have gladly left my money elsewhere.
