  3. Went to the pharmacy in downtown Bremerhaven today. I’ve always been there in a friendly and competent manner, but today, I’ve never experienced so much willingness to help. Was there because of a burn injury, the lady was so nice and competent and walked through the whole store several times to look for the best possible thing for me. You rarely experience something so dear. The price then surpassed everything, the things were surprisingly cheap. Everything was great, only to be recommended, competent and with heart.

    Very good service! Calls were made from one branch to another to inquire about the availability of a drug. So it didn’t have to be ordered for the following day and I could pick it up and start using it right away.

    It’s always busy, BUT since the employees always take their time, you’re happy to wait. Delivery has always worked well and the drivers are very friendly.

    In pharmacies I expect trained specialist staff in pharmacy. Call the pharmacy. Wanted information about drugs, an alternative mode of action. No information possible because only commercial employees. Pharmacist wasn’t there. Neither does a PTA, apparently. Apart from the long line and eternal waiting later in the store. Recently only open until 7 p.m. Can happen. But wrong information, that doesn’t work for me at all. I wanted to go sniffing capsules. Supposedly there are no tablets, no alternative to spray or nasal ointment for a stuffy nose. Stupid only if I actually get it in another pharmacy. Unbelievable. What’s more, the shop seems unkempt and untidy, loveless with no atmosphere. Especially now in the run-up to Christmas. But the main thing is that the mask is in place. Calendar this year also not really available. Very bad development. I enjoyed going there for years. was.

    Absolute disaster!!! We’ve been to this pharmacy several times now, the employees don’t understand you and if they don’t know what to do, they’ll sell you the wrong thing… Which can also be dangerous! Another time we were told they didn’t have the product. We should rather order it online! That was the last time we were here. One star is still too much!!!

    If 0 stars were possible, I would give 0. Long waiting time, wrong drug sold and then no return, although unopened drug, just incredibly outrageous!!! My son is 2 years and 10 months. I wanted a pain and fever juice that I knew, but it wasn’t available. Instead I got suppositories. At home (before opening the package) I found that the suppositories are up to 2 years old, and the weight does not contain enough active substance. When I wanted to return the suppositories I was told it was not possible, since Corona this would no longer be done… apart from the fact that my son did not have Corona, the drug was unopened and was sold to me incorrectly despite the correct information! How can that be?!? My focus here is not on the rationale, but on how to deal with it when a mistake has been made. There is no apology or replacement and the customer is left with the costs!

    Considered by 2 good employees only had bad experiences there. I’m glad when I’m understood. I have no idea about the assortment. So far, everything has also been considerably more expensive than the competition. For a while, I only went there with a prescription because you can’t seem to go wrong there… I was given an expired medication. I’m just going somewhere else now.

    I specifically asked if the medicines I ordered were gelatin-free (answer yes), after picking them up I noticed that EVERY medicine I ordered contained gelatin. So this pharmacy gets rid of itself, from now on I will only research myself and order online. I hope that when dealing with allergic patients, the staff can do this simple job better.
