  1. Hey … i went there last week my family . The ambiance was so good .
    The things they should really work on is their air conditioning system. Omg we were not able to enjoy our food because of that .
    And the sushi bar was empty and that was not even fresh and they were not filling them . But i liked their live cooked food .

  2. a review is not necessary since this restaurant is great at what they do. they promise you an all you can eat buffet, and they deliver exactly that! they offer a huge variety of options and despite that its always fresh and tasty. my favorite part has to be the live grill where you pick and mix a dish with your choice of vegetable, meat, fish, shrimp… etc with a sauce and they prepare it for you directly.

  3. Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review for the XIAO restaurant in Oberhausen. I recently visited the restaurant and had a very bad experience.

    As a Muslim woman, I was ignored and not served by the waiter, who was clearly unwilling to assist me. The staff tried to justify this behavior and made no attempt to rectify the situation, which was very disappointing.

    The all-you-can-eat restaurant in Oberhausen has a long way to go when it comes to providing good service and respect for all their customers, regardless of their background or beliefs. I do not recommend this restaurant and would spend my time and money elsewhere.

  4. 1. Definitely make a reservation because weekend is very crowded.
    2. Nice, atmospheric place, the only minus, too many people, loud, because of the people.
    3. Waitresses are marvelous. They are professional, making sure you feel wanted and appreciated.
    4. Food –
    Sushi ⭐⭐, one of the worst Sushi in these kind of restaurants. The most important ingredient and the way it is cooked is the rice, and it was not the rice it supposed to be in sushi.
    Woks & meat – 💯 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the best ones we have tried.
    See food – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐not much, as in other restaurants, but the best way who cook them. First place with such an interesting choice of sauces, meat and see food made tender, not rubber like in other restaurants.
    Sweets – not much, but there are different kind of toppings for ice-cream, children will definitely enjoy it!

    We ordered via the lieferando app and paid the extra €6,50 for duck breast. They unfortunately ran out of duck and so they called us to replace it with a larger portion of chicken. They couldn’t change the price because we ordered through lieferando. However, given that we paid €17,50 in total for this dish, i am slightly disappointed by the portion size and quality when we opened our food. The food was okay but just really not worth the price we paid for it. I feel like we could have gotten something similar at a food court for less.

    They messed up our order three times, with drinks and after we ordered they came back and said that the noodles are not available, we had to replace our order. After we finally got to order for the second time, they said that the toppings are also not available anymore, we sat and waited for around an hour and didn’t get food at all and the wrong drinks

    Mmmmhhh … We arrived a little bit late, what could explain that the open kitchen looked not clean as well as the boards the service employees picked up the food from. But nevertheless … An open kitchen concept needs a clean and not disgusting looking kitchen. Please improve the cleanness as well as the maintenance of the toilets during service time. Both of the male toilets were blocked. That can happen, but should not happen!

    I really don’t understand where the 5-star rating comes from. The food was horrible! Either dry or soggy, dripping in frying fat. And everything was cold.

    Vegan food was very tasty and would definitely go back. Ordered 4 different dishes. Gave 4 stars as the salad could have had a bit more of the other ingredients other than the leaves.
