Absolutely love this store! Every time I have an issue with my phone I come to this store! The entire staff is always so eager to help and so friendly too! Melissa, Jerred, Morgan and Zach are my go to reps for help! Zach has been helping me for years! He’s not always at this store tho so I’ve had to find other reps to help me. There are great too!
My visit to the cellular sales store today was very pleasant. My phone was being problematic so I decided to go in and see if someone could help me. Kat is normally my person at the store, she is great and very helpful. Today Jerard was my representative and he was great as well. Everyone here seems to be very genuine and helpful
Wanted to buy a s23 ultra, but left with a better deal of a edge and a smart watch for a great price, they help me out with all the needs and help guided me step by step. I appreciated them helping me out and going above what they needed to make sure I had everything I needed and made sure I had the best price. I received a new company cell phone and needed assistance transferring my information over to my new phone. Brian was very helpful with setting up my phone, transferring my information over to my new phone and was excellent training me on how to use my phone. He even made sure all my information transferred over and I understood how to use the new one phone. He was very helpful and I’ll ask for him next time I come in for help!
