This store is outstanding! Elizabeth’s customer service phenomenal! She was warm and welcoming. She helped my 10-year-old and I find a pair of shoes that fit perfectly for a price better than I ever expected. She helped me get hooked up with the Nike app. She informed me about the discount going on right now. She made the entire buying process very easy! 🙂 The other staff was welcoming, as well. Customer service at the checkout desk was exceptional! We stood in line and was checked out within a matter of 60 seconds. And there were people in front of us and behind us.
I had to go through 3 people before someone helped e consistently. I felt as though the workers are there to monitor shoplifters rather than assist shoppers
I absolutely love this store the customer service was amazing both times I went. The store was well clean and organized and the employees was stocking up some new shoes. I found a good deal both times I went. Definitely the best nike store Ive visit out the 3 I visited in the past.
I showed up wearing a pair of Nike shoes that I have been wearing for 10 years now but they needed to be replaced, their staff were very helpful and I have a great new pair of Nike shoes.
Great customer service. I called to ask if they had a shoe, which they did. It was the last one so they put it in hold for me. They also had a lot of other shoes in stock at reasonable prices.
