Great School I definitely recommend this to anyone that’s looking foreword to competing in Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA or even if you just want a good workout this place definitely make you feel like you’re part of a family. They have patience and work with you this Deep Water BJJ definitely is a second home for me unlike a lot of other schools they give you 30 days free trail you can’t beat that ! if you’re looking for a great school this is the place.

  2. Every time I’m in the area I make sure to visit and train at Deep Water. High level black belts with a ton of knowledge. Plus, the over all vibe there is very welcoming and just an overall fun place to train. If I lived in the area, I’d definitely make it my home gym. Nothing bad to say at all.

  4. This is a genuinely great martial arts gym. The staff and management are cool people and well trained, the school is well led, and it offers a good environment for students and members at every level. I trained with Scott, Cam, and Darnell over a decade ago and drop into their school every time I’m back in Harrisburg, and I’m really impressed with what they’ve built and how they operate it. Staying united and focused on an endeavor for that long isn’t easy. There’s no ego here, just a welcoming environment and good training.

  5. Training here has been an absolute pleasure. I am not from around here, but was in the area for 3 weeks for work. I emailed them about dropping in to train while I was in town and Chris was very timely and courteous with his response about having me. Though I’m not a regular, they have all been welcoming since I walked in the door. On top of the great atmosphere, the instructors and lessons have all been top-notch; every class I went to, I was able to learn and utilize something new. Simply put, this place is the epitome of the best side of the BJJ community.

    I am a pilot that has the opportunity to train all over the country during my layovers. It was my first time overnighting in Harrisburg and I was looking for somewhere to get a roll in. Dave answered the phone at Harrisburg BJJ and invited me to come train. Dave was teaching that night and it was excellent instruction followed by a great 4 or 5 round live roll. Everyone there is super kind and helpful to new guys like myself. If you are interested in trying BJJ, definitely give this place a chance to teach you. I will most certainly train there again on my next Harrisburg layover. Thank you Dave and everyone for the awesome experience.

    Great gym! Got the opportunity to roll at the 6:00pm Friday open mat. Mats were clean and everyone was welcoming. If you are looking for a BJJ gym in the Harrisburg area, I would definitely recommend!

    I was in town for business and dropped in and took a BJJ class with David. He explained things in a really to understand way and was very attentive to his students, focusing on the details. Everyone at the gym was extremely friendly in their interactions with me and each other. Whenever I am in town I will drop in!

    Tiger’s Kung Fu does a great job with teaching small children discipline and structure. They make the moves easy for kids to learn and in return, their confidence is strengthened. It’s great to see my son’s skills set grow at every belt testing. Great job guys!

    Hi, my God son has been a student for 4yrs, he is 9yrs old. He currently takes Self Defense and Weapons Forms classes and enjoys the skills, training and the confidence Kung Fu has taught him. Sifu and Sijae are knowledgeable, skilled and work well with children of all ages. I recommend this school for children as well as adults.
