What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Everything we ordered was delicious! The Hulk Juice was so fresh and good, the latte was also very good. The service was a good. Food didn’t take long. I’ll be back, there was a few ítems on the menu I want to try.

  2. Staff was rude, asked the cashier (Anthony) for a printed receipt and he had an attitude, asked to have the table cleaned and she (didn’t see her name, had braids) had a full on attitude for no apparent reason.
My daughter enjoyed her avocado toast, so credit to the chef.

  3. Stopped by this pretty cafe for breakfast. As you enter you must place your order with the barista, then they bring your food to the table. Drinks can be picked up by the baristas. Food was very tasty! We had the avocado eggs benny and the oatmeal with fruit. We had a lovely experience! My only advice would be that they should be more attentive to customers as they come in to order. We stayed for a while and could see customers awkwardly waiting for someone to come and take their orders.

  4. The Loaded Avocado Toast came completely deconstructed so not sure how it’s loaded. When constructed the taste was fine mainly oily warm veges and the avocado. The toast, was a slice of regular bread (and cold unfortunately)…a French/Belgian baguette would be a much better option besides actually having it plated on the toast. There is no skim milk only whole and half and half for your coffee. Other options for your coffee are highly recommended. Their lemonade was excellent. The place itself is very nice and would be relaxing except for the music playing so load you have to almost yell to hear the other person talking to you. Food options for breakfast and other meals are very nice and you can certainly find something you’d enjoy. Outdoor seating is available. You also order at the counter and they will bring your food, not your beverage to your table (portable number stand). You pick that up at the counter and have to listen very hard to hear the person call out what is just placed there.

  5. Quaint cafe with vegan soups (butternut squash was yum) . The waffle was okay was a little tough for me but love that they wear gloves and a mask while making fresh juices. Loved my green power juice

2/5 Stars Overpriced restaurant with bad service. – the tuna salad was a joke. The fish was cooked through – the tartare tasted like mayonnaise and too plain – the lobster was good but but with a slight taste of chlorine – the service was not attentive and forgot part of the order – long wait even for drinks We would definitely not recommend this restaurant and we would not come again.

My son and I went here for dinner, and we were very pleased by the food and the service. We were one of the first to arrive for dinner service (with a reservation), so we were able to get a corner window seat. The Duck Confit was the best thing I had all day. Our server, Rob, was very knowledgeable and made top-notch suggestions regarding the food and the cocktails. We enjoyed the octopus, the mussels, and the filet mignon. My halibut was good, but I’ll change up my entire choice next time. We’re definitely going back.

We came here for a birthday dinner and we all enjoyed our meal. The cocktails were refined and the appertizers and mains were very flavorful. I was especially looking forward to the dessert and was not disappointed! The souffle was like eating a cloud and the eclair was super tasty. Yes, it is pricey, but this is a great place for a special occasion.

My wife and I rencently went to dinner here and had an amzing time. The host was pleasent and courteous and gave us an option of where to sit. Our server, Jonathan, was knowledeable and gracious to us who are not avid fine diners. He made great wine recommendations to us for our meals. The food was cooked to perfection and delicious! Very impressed!

Overrated French restaurant , don’t even bother ordering their dessert. Crème brûlée was the worst I have had, this is pretty upset. the French type of food is not keeping the standard in a French restaurant. Appetizers, main was just okay.

Great place to stop by for some crepes, coffee, and all around good vibes. The interior is nice, albeit somewhat small (go early to guarantee a seat!), and when the weather warms up there is also beautiful outdoor seating. The crepes we got tasted great. Giving four stars because the cappuccino I got was a little burned in flavor.

Delicious crêpes, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We really enjoyed ourselves, the owner was very welcoming, he even showed us his cart where it all began from humble beginnings to a restaurant. Highly recommend this place.

The best crêpes you’ll find in the area. We came twice for lunch and both experiences were great. Service is super friendly (though on the slow side), and food is excellent. We tried the classic complète (🍳🐷🧀), and the tarticlette (🥔🧅🧀). The sarrasin was good: not too strong, not too dry, and all the ingredients were of quality. I was a bit surprised to find mashed potatoes in the 2nd galette, as it’s usually made with sliced potatoes. The result was a bit mushier than it could have been, but not a big deal. For dessert, we had a butter & sugar crêpe. Despite its basic ingredients, it’s often disappointing, as you need high-quality butter and the right texture. This one was perfect, one of the best I’ve had 👌

Hands down the best crepes I have ever had in the US. The restaurant was beautiful and cozy, the selection was phenomenal, and the owner and waitstaff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Loved the food so, so much, definitely will be visiting every time I come to New Haven.

Food was good, not necessarily great but we only had breakfast so I cannot comment on the courses that much. Overall price was affordable. Seems to be a very busy place with a lot of regular customers. That being said, the design of the place catered not to any type of privacy so it was not particularly loud because of the number of persons presen, not good for an intimate lunch but great for family.
