  1. The staff here is absolutely amazing, and are always willing to answer my questions. I got a really bad tattoo artist and it was nothing like I showed him. I know it will be years before I can get a tattoo almost completely gone, but I am pretty happy with the results that I’m already seeing. You guys have given me my confidence back. Not completely yet, but I’m hopeful to be able to start wearing shorts soon! If you were thinking about getting a tattoo removed, do not hesitate to go here

  2. I have had the best experience here. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Kinzie has been so sweet and makes getting my tattoos removed so much easier. Although it is painful, she takes her time and makes sure I’m comfortable. Also their prices are better than anywhere else and I’ve seen a huge improvement in just a few months. I recommend them to everyone!

  4. I had a wonderful experience at Removery Tattoo today. Everyone there is very helpful and they do a great job at what they do. I’ve been to two other tattoo removal businesses and this was the best experience I’ve had. They were very informative and friendly I bought their 3pack which is the first place I’ve been offered a package that size and it was perfect for me since I’ve had a few previous sessions at other businesses. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a removal

  5. I’m getting all 10 of my tattoos removed and am so excited about the progress after only 2 sessions (see photo). I love that they have packages so I was able to get all of my tattoos done with one of their bigger packages. I’m also so surprised at the cost and quality. I did have some very small blistering only on one tattoo and it seems to blister each time, but none of the others blister. Can’t wait for them to be completely gone! I definitely recommend this place especially over places that might charge per tattoo per session. Plus, there are locations everywhere so if you decide to move you can just find another Removery.

    Love this place! Everyone is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Also they are the only place I know that guarantees their coolsculpting results so I wouldn’t even bother getting my touch up sessions anywhere else because…why? Bonus! They are also my local place to pick up my two favorite skin care products- Skinbetter’s sunscreen compact and the whole ZO line. I really recommend them. You can even see all their accreditations posted and mentioned everywhere.     First of all, Katie is the best injector in the business, I love my lips every time and get so many compliments on them! Last night I stopped in for their holiday sale and Madison took a lot of time to help me find the perfect products for my skin care needs and she went above and beyond by ensuring I get the best bang for my buck, as well as sending me with some samples so I can be better informed next time. Haus of Aesthetics is my favorite way to pamper!

    I love this place! I’ve been a client for over a year now. They have been treating me for laser tattoo removal and along the way I’ve added a couple laser hair removal treatments. The staff is always so nice and they make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Melissa is definitely a great nurse. She makes you feel very comfortable & is awesome in ensuring you feel good before/after your treatments. Definitely recommend LaserAway. I’ve been to other med spa’s but they don’t compare to this one!

    Wowowow!! I’ve been to all the “main” laser centers in slc and was never impressed with service or staff! 10/10 Laser away at trolly hands down best in slc, their prices and packages area amazing. Front desk staff is the the best: Ashley, Michelle’ Ask for Melissa as a laser tech she is THE BEST I’ve ever had in the last 10 years love love love !

    LaserAway has been life changing for me! I started with the Clear and Brilliant to clear up my acne and acne scarring. I have done 8 treatments so far and have seen tremendous results. The clinicians are knowledgeable and thorough, and the girls up front are like my new best friends! I love coming here and recommend it to everyone!

    I really wish I could say that I was able to try this service and loved the results, but I unfortunately didn’t even get passed the phone consultation before regretting choosing this company. I have never received laser hair removal before, and wanted some additional information about the process. The sales representative Lilly was, at first, very normal. She asked about the areas I was interested in and why, however, after answering those questions and telling her I had never done something like this and was interested in the actual process, she just replied “Oh that’s fine, you’re in good hands!” and then proceeded to send me over a bunch of loan documents and requests for my information. She gave me very little information in the services I was interested in, besides to feed me some line about their medical grade lasers. To make matters worse, this situation isn’t a rarity with this company and I am not the first to feel this way. In hindsight, I should have ran, but I foolishly fell for Lilly’s pushy sales tactics and am now in the long process of cancelling my package and agreements (which is well within my rights to do so, despite what these sales representatives may say). Unfortunately every time I have tried to speak to Lilly regarding this manner, she has been so snotty and unwilling to provide me proper explanations and seems generally unaware of the actual procedures behind what she is selling, she instead makes everything so personal and has a general mean girl attitude. My expectations of a phone consultation was to firstly be informed about the process, then presented with payment options, not to be bullied, talked over and then conned into payment. It really makes me concerned about the services LaserAway provides if this is how they treat prospective customers. My best advice if you’re new to this and interested in LaserAway: find somewhere else, unless you’re fine with being pushed into a contract without being prepped for the actual process of what you’re signing up for.
