  2. Nicole was the person I worked with. She did a great job of explaining why what I wanted to have done was not the right option for me. She took the time to explain what would work best but no pressure at all to proceed. I won’t need to go back hopefully for 18 months but when I do I hope I can have her again. It was a good experience and I am pleased with the results.

  3. Today I had my first facial experience at Grand Pearl Spa with Melissa H. And my skin feels great! I have sensitive skin and Melissa could tell right away. She was very cautious and careful around my sensitive areas.
    Melissa even gifted me a small sample of a cooling Gel for tonight at home.

  5. Listen. The best experience. I scheduled this appointment week ago, blocked time off on my work calendar, received the reminders, and somehow, I still had 330 in my head instead of 3. I showed up LATE, while I thought I was on time. My skin has been frustrating me, and I was looking forward to receiving treatment. Although it was my fault, I was prepared to reschedule. At the front desk, Pam checked in with another esthetician to see if they could take me. I had little hope. I was figuring out how to free up my life to get back. Nope! Pam worked miracles for me. Could I wait until 4? YES, I CAN! Close to 4, my new skincare guardian angel arrived, Melissa.
    Just her name alone today resounds with education, patience, temperament, empathy, thoroughness… Did I say patience? She answered each question I had. Even questions I didn’t think to ask. I chose the GP because I wanted people with experience working on my face. As a woman of color, I am apprehensive about causing more damage to my skin. I have read, seen, and heard the horror stories of treatments gone bad. So Pam and Melissa, if you are reading this – know you made my day, perhaps week. My profession allows me to zero in on customer service centricity, and GP is high class. I will be back. I am booking my next appointment – with better reminders. 😉

    This place ONLY does hair removal and they are VERY good at it. Many locations throughout the United States to use. Use my name Autumn W to get 50% off your service! I started March of 2021 and bought the full body. I get my armpits, bikini, legs, face and feet done. Things to keep in mind: No waxing, tanning, being out in sun without sunscreen for 2 weeks before or after each appointment. My appointments were 6 weeks apart, now they are 10. They cannot laser within an inch or two of a tattoo. Lasering is painful and I take a Tylenol before and aloe after. It is WAY less painful than waxing and way less expensive then I ever thought. It is an investment and something I wish I would have done sooner. This is guaranteed for life. I take most of the summer off and have very minimal hair growth already.

    One year ago, almost to the day, I started doing some research on laser hair surgery removal. I called everyone available within 75 miles of my house. My research finally led me to Milan Laser Hair Removal. Of the many places I called, they had THE best prices, even before any specials or sales. Procedures performed by actual nurses. And packages for any budget. They also help either locate financing, or let you use in house financing. Now, as you can see from the pics below, I was one of those really lucky guys, that looks like a grizzly bear without a shirt on. My back took more procedures then most will experience here. And I know now, that it would never have been gone with some of some of other places that only offer 4 treatments. And oh, did I mention lifetime treatments if needed? Because they do that. I think each nurse there got at least one crack at my back, but if you go, ask for Megan. Now for the best part, mention this review, and they will give you 50% off your first package. I am most definitely glad I chose them. Side note. The procedure can only be done so close to a tattoo

    I couldn’t wait to start my treatment and researched different places to go. I am so thankful I chose this location – from the first until a consult to each treatment (i have done about 4) the staff had been excellent. My one hesitation was having a different nurse technician each time but they do an amazing job at making sure I am comfortable and my skin is also ready. It almost seems like I’m talking with a friend each time – which really helps my nerves 🙂 I have seen tremendous results already!! Maybe 80% reduction!! No adverse!! Thank you Milan GR Team!!

    I always thought laser removal was too expensive but I have regretted this tattoo since getting it. One day I decided I would just get a quote. I was searching for reputable companies to go to when I came across this one. I noticed they had been open for over ten years. I went online and completed an assessment and within the hour Tony had reached out with pricing information and when I could come in. I ended up booking that week. I was soo nervous. While there he explained the process very well and even tried to have me relax. He gave me a stress ball when he noticed I was tensing up my hands. He first gave me one zap just to show me what it felt like. It definitely eased my mind and I had myself all psyched out for nothing. It’s painful, but bearable. During the process he kept reminding me to take deep breaths and just relax. Overall, it was a very quick appointment. He gave me a run down of what to expect and how to care for the site. He also sent me home with the same information. I am naturally an overly nervous person. I probably texted him once a day for over a week. He texted me back right away and helped me with any concern I had. It was a great experience and I’m so excited to see my results. I would recommend Tony to anyone. I never write reviews online but with how patient he was he definitely deserved some recognition.

    Had a great experience! My tattoo was small but quite dark and was able to get it removed in 6 treatments. There is a very cold air that can be held on the site while holding the laser and makes the pain barable. Anthony is very responsive and flexible with times. Love that I can text to make an appointment and was in and out in 10 min.
