  3. Great experience in Walnut Creek.
    I’ve been going for hair removal a few weeks and have great results. Bri is so nice up front. My treatment nurse Lamai really helped explain some minor side effects at my last treatment, and was patient with me. Great team!

  4. I had an amazing experience! Carmen did some injectables and more than exceeded my expectations!! Aside from that Abby at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. I didn’t catch the name of the other person at reception but she was also very helpful and kind!

    Pros: I had a wonderful experience! It was my first time in after deciding I was going to take the plunge and do something nice for myself: a 3-body part laser hair removal package. I was very nervous, but very excited. The front desk girls were very friendly and accommodating. My technician was very warm and friendly, very casual and comforting. I loved that she was able to relate to what I was going through after having done the same removal package as I had. I appreciated all of her tips and tricks throughout my procedure. I definitely scheduled my upcoming appointments on days that I know she works in hopes that I will get rescheduled with her. Cons: a video consult with a doctor is required before the treatment. Standard practice is to bring clients into procedure rooms for privacy and discretion, but all of the rooms were in use while I was waiting for my appointment, and was asked to step outside for the video consult. I didn’t love that because standing outside of the busy storefront discussing my health through a video consult was not comfortable. LUCKILY, I was brought back to a room as my appointment was on-time, and I WAS able to consult in privacy. The ask to step outside definitely made me feel awkward before that.

    I’ve been going to LaserAway for years now. I started at the Walnut Creek location first since this was the closest location at the time. I was so excited to find out there was a Concord location near me. Firstly, the location is perfect and no hassle with parking, plus it’s free! Secondly, The office staff are accommodating and pleasant. They will let you know if there are any specials available for your cosmetic needs. Lastly, the nurse I always request is Melissa. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and knows how to gently inject fillers into your face. This so important to me because it really makes a difference on how the product absorbs into your skin. I had in the past fillers that end up feeling lumpy into my skin. Melissa is the far best nurse that I’ve had and I trust I’m in good hands with her care. I’m hooked!

    I was nervous to try Xeomin, but I’m glad that I did. Scheduling was easy and when I got there, Maria was very kind and encouraging that I would love it. My nurse was Delaney and let me tell you… she was amazing. I have a low tolerance for pain or needles and it was fast, easy, and painless. I look forward to coming back and getting my touch ups. By the way, it’s been a day and already see results. I’m happy I came in.

    Recently had my laser tattoo removal and some cosmetics. My esthetician was great and really took her time to make me feel comfortable. I was a little light headed and she made sure to give me sugar and make sure I was well before leaving. I will definitely keep going back 🙂

    After researching and viewing positive Yelp reviews, I walked in one day to get information. I ended up getting all the information I needed by very friendly front desk Anastasia, and an immediate consult. I booked appointments and had laser treatments done. My experience was very positive. Everyone was very professional, on-time, informative, thorough, and made me feel at home. The RN’s performing treatments were excellent. I’ll be going back!

I have a large tattoo on my stomach area and even after one treatment I see fading of some of the shading and fine lines. The staff is great and very welcoming.     Incredible staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, kind, and patient. Top notch facilities. I went to a different tattoo removal business before switching to Removery, and could not be happier. They take the time to remember me, and most importantly keep me up to date with the science behind the procedure, best practices, and make sure to test and adjust the laser on the fly to ensure the best and fastest results. 10/10 would recommend

    Such a positive experience with this Walnut Creek location. I had already had a few treatments before moving to the area and they were super welcoming. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I really appreciate them being available over the phone as well regarding after care. The only bump I ran into was my directions brought me to a different location but after putting it into Google I was able to find it no problem!

    Just had my fourth laser removal appointment and couldn’t be happier with my experience. You know how getting tattoos is addicting? I think I’m at the point where getting them removed is addicting! I love seeing the progression from appointment to appointment; it makes me so hopeful. I also appreciate how the staff is never afraid to be honest and realistic with me in terms of how many appointments it will take to fully remove, if it will ever be completely gone, etc. The tattoo artist wasn’t truthful with me regarding my cover up so the fact that the people at removal are honest makes me very happy. If you’re thinking about going on this journey, consider taking before and after photos of each appointment so you can be happy with your progress!! It’s a long process but I know I’m in great hands at Removery Walnut Creek. Special thanks to Makenna!! (Sorry if I spelled that wrong)
