  2. Had my first session today and was so pleased with the laser technician Alex. They were so great at explaining the process before we started and what to expect after. The receptionist Mandi that booked me and had the initial consultation with was very welcoming and professional. Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to return for more sessions

  3. Staff is Soo friendly and knowledgeable. I started treatment the same day as my consultation.. I’m extremely happy….Update.. 2nd apt today. Staff was great! I needed to change my appointment by a week and they were happy to accommodate. Removal is painful, but the staff here has been wonderful at keeping in contact and following up. I recommend Removery Allentown!

  4. As always Mandy and Alex are very helpful. Aside from using different lasers for different colors they always answer my silly questions. They are very knowledgeable about tattoo removal, and the tricks of the trade to lessen the sting. Pew! Pew!! If you need tattoos removed, this is the place to go!!

  5. Removery is absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel super comfortable and explained the process in detail. The laser removal itself was extremely tolerable and I was done with my session in no time 🙂

    I’ve been desperate to get this tattoo completely removed and even though I have been going somewhere else to get treatments I decided to come here based off of the reviews. John is such a caring and honest person and he explained to my in depth of why it would be dangerous to get treatments done too frequently. I’m a brown girl and to protect the integrity of my skin it was recommended to not go through with a session due to already having one done a couple weeks ago from another place I go to. He could have easily just took my money but he didn’t and gave me what I needed to hear. My only complaint is not finding this place out sooner before getting locked into a contract with another place. I highly recommend John’s services!!!

    Well worth the 2hour drive!! Jon is highly skilled expert who is customer focused and attentive to detail. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. My tattoo removal required 10 treatments over 2.5 years and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. My best advice is to follow Jon’s treatment plan! You do not want to rush the process. Jon deserves a rating well above 5 stars!
