The pricing is so affordable compared to other spas, and I wasn’t upsold on services I don’t need! I can already see a big difference in my skin quality post-treatment.   2. My experience with this team has been amazing. It was my first time getting filler and I was nervous. They were very patient and talked me through each step of the process, pausing along the way to check with me. My results were way better than I even imagined! I don’t think I can ever go back to my pre-filler life. Originally I had a little issue with migration, but they got me back in right away to dissolve it, so it was a non-issue. Teresa has taken especially good care of me. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and getting me in for follow-ups to make sure the end result was just what I wanted. Y’all are the best!

  3. My experience at cascade medical spa has been fantastic!! Cindy is my amazing technician and I highly recommend seeing her for tattoo removals, she has gone above and beyond making sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process. I’d consider myself someone who has a low pain tolerance and my tattoos are in a sensitive area however getting tattoo removal with numbing cream is actually less painful than getting the ink in the first place. Healing was also a breeze and I cannot believe how quickly my tattoo’s lightened after only my first session. So glad I started this process here, I haven’t been pressured into any other treatments, the office is very clean, excellent parking, reasonably priced and the best part is you can pay as you go! My only regret is I didn’t start this sooner! Cascade Medical Spa is the best!

  4. So professional, clean and effective. I have been to other spas and place is much better. The treatments are straight forward, priced well and they are always on-time and deliver results. I will continue to return. I’ve had tattoo removal, laser hair removal—SO much better than other places—and micro needling that has been much more effective.

    I went here to get my ears pierced for my Bday and it was honestly such a positive experience. They are so thorough and clean and thoughtful with piercings I was completely impressed. The quality of jewelry choices were incredible and when I couldn’t find my card they were patient with my panicky self and were so understanding. I am in process of scheduling a tattoo at this parlor as well because the folks here have only been amazing. 10/10 highly recommend this place!

    All the staff was super friendly and very professional. My piercer Seven was awesome explaining everything in detail and walking me through each step. Breathing techniques to relax. I have had many piercings but was still nervous about the septum, but it was all worth it. I love my piercing!!!

    My 9 year old and I got piercings with Andru who was very patient and professional with my kiddo as well as fluid and efficient with the whole piercing process. The shop is very clean and the vibe super chill. Many months later, unrelated to the initial piercing, my kiddo’s ears developed an infection and the skin started to close over the piercing studs that we had put back in after attempting to try some other (likely, too cheap) earrings. We went back to Ritual Arts and this time saw Fara Ta’. My child was so scared, and Fara Ta’ was beyond respectful and patient with them. Due to fear, and clients after us lining up, we had to come back the next day and try again. Fara Ta’ was, again, so patient, their communication always respectful and kind, they stayed way past closing to take time to help my child get through what was a pretty scary thing to a sensitive 9 year old. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this incredible group of humans. I am ever so grateful for them!

    I’m about to go back for my next tattoo here. Aubin is very talented and so kind, and helped calm my nerves/be patient as this was my first tattoo. I plan to continue to come to Ritual Arts for future tattoos, it’s very cute and a quaint shop.

    I’ve been a patient here for several years every time I get fantastic results! Please note, I am VERY picky when it comes to my face and my expectations for results exceed every time. Many people have said “oh you’re pretty!” However, truth behold it’s really the art and vision from Dr. Salti. Things I love about this clinic: – She makes you pretty with her art!!! – She makes a round face slim with correct injectable placements. (What I had) -She will make that double chin go away. (Gone!) -She can place injections to stop bringing your teeth!! (Saved my teeth!) -She is honest and will NEVER try to sell unnecessary products. (Stress-free buying) – She USES all YOUR paid product on you. (Beware other places over price and use remaining product on staff). -She is professional and personable at the same time. *****her prices are the cheapest in town compared to other places! I’ve done my research. Now for facials and lasers! I would highly recommend only seeing Sara. Yes, I’m picky! She knows what she’s doing and has an eye for keeping your skin looking amazing!     Wow!!! This place is amazing!!! I was so impressed for various reason, but let’s first start lip filler. I’ve gotten lip filler done at Dr.Dharm in lake Oswego after my appt I felt pain and cost didn’t match the results I received. My experience after appt today with cosmetic medicine I felt results exceeded my expectations and was worth EVERY DOLLAR!!!! I barely felt procedure and results are SPECTACULAR!!! I will recommend cosmetic medicine to all my family and friends!!! Front desk lady was kind and answered all my questions attentively and accurately. Dr. Arwasalti was so gently, professional and took time making sure each spot was filled with perfect precision. No wait time I was immediately taken into a room and doctor greeted me with in minutes. My WHOLE experience left a significant impact and I will forever be a loyal client. I will add pictures in few days when lips heal.
