  2. I went in for the first time and everything was great. The staff was very polite and friendly. They took the time to explain things to me and answered any questions I had. I even received a call afterwardsgrom the doctor just to see how I was feeling. I have no complaints at all.

  3. I adore this practice! NP Arnold is such a wonderful provider. She is thorough and efficient in keeping me healthy and my skin looking wonderful. The office staff is always extremely polite and helpful. Multiple offices throughout the valley for convenience and each one immaculately clean and professional.

  4. I thought going to Contour Dermatology in La Quinta would be most efficient as they seem to do everything there. However, you can’t get in to see the doctor. I had to see a PA for an annual skin check. I believe they said the doctor only does surgical procedures. I wanted to see about getting my eyelids lifted. The receptionist assured me the PA could assist with this when I made the appointment. However, the PA, Elaine Woo, was only able to direct me to an eye doctor for an exam to check to see if my eye lids were obstructing my vision. The receptionist could have done that. Once I have the eye exam, then I can schedule a surgical consult. Not sure if that will be with an actual doctor or not. But Elaine Woo was not able to give me any information on an eye lid lift as the receptionist said she could. However, she did give me a very swift full body check before she whisked away. I was interested in getting some sun damage on my face removed, but she said she couldn’t freeze. I just needed to use over the counter products to help fade. I will see what my eye appointment results are before deciding if I want to proceed further with Contour Dermatology. It does seem to be a very nice facility and the office staff was very friendly. I was just expecting a little more direction.

  5. My experience has always been positive with the wonderful staff and doctors.
    However, not necessarily the fault of the staff or doctors, I’m not happy with my lip filler. After about 2 weeks, when the filler is supposed to set, my lips were back to their original thin shape.
    For the price paid, I should feel happy with the results, but I’m not.
    I’m going to schedule another consultation to figure out what happened?
    Again, I don’t blame the Doctor, it could be that the product just doesn’t work well with me?

When I walked in the shop it was super clean and professional looking. All of my and my dads questions were answered. Both gentlemen were very nice. My daith piercing was quick and nearly painless!     My best friends and I came down here for a girls trip and decided we wanted to get a tattoo to remember our trip together and so we found this place! Walked in, smelt clean, looked so clean and was so clean. Watched our artist pull everything out all clean and brand new felt so comfortable with it all. We had Seiko doing our palm trees and it was amazing! If you’re looking to get a tattoo this is the place to go. When we come back next year we will add more pieces to our body from here. Highly highly recommend.

    I’m from NY and they were able to get me in the day before I’m heading home. I wanted a tattoo done to remember my trip and I’m very pleased with the work Qwest did for me. They were very nice, communicated with me all day to schedule a time and reasonable with the price as well. I know it’s not easy to get people in last minute and I really did appreciate that. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to visit Cali again!

    I have been coming to this shop for years now. Qwest is an amazing artist and I will always recommend him. He is very professional, on time, always prepared and cares about giving you the best quality of work. The shop is always clean and everyone there is kind and friendly.

    Tattoo Artist Qwest was very attentive and got everything we wanted for our tattoo. Pricing was reasonable. One thing i wish they accepted cards instead of only cash….will be back

    Always warm, personal, professional, and fun at Neoderma. I feel well taken cared of! I’ve been coming here on and off since 2007 (or 2008). It’s been so long that I can’t even recall when I started. Through the years I’ve had tattoo removal, facials, botox, and hair removal. Cynthia and Melissa are knowledgeable and understand my needs. Getting hair removal is not always a comfortable thing for some since you may find yourself in vulnerable positions but Cynthia always makes me feel extremely comfortable. Melissa and I always have the best conversations when I schedule with her. My face always feels and looks SO GOOD when I leave. My tattoo removal was amazing!!!     Went to get a tattoo removed. Bought the 8 sessions and am very pleased to say I just had my 6th session and it is very light and you can no longer tell what the tattoo was. Everyone is very nice and they have numbing cream so it is not too painful. Highly recommend!

    I go to Neoderma every few weeks to get tattoo laser removal!! It’s such an amazing place I would recommend it to anyone! I have gotten one tattoo completely removed now! It’s completely gone! And now I just have one other tattoo I remove still too, but it works real good! I always like the people and my experience!! They’re really nice and have good service!! I also have been going for over a year now. The treatment works the best!
