  1. I didn’t get a tattoo, but my son did. I personally don’t have any tattoos on me! It was a birthday gift to himself. Jeremy at Grade A Tattoo’s was the artist & he did a very nice job on the design my son came up with. They were both cost affordable & thorough! Would definitely recommend.

  2. My daughters and I had our ears and 1 nose pierced by Bella. It was great! Bella walked us through it (I’d only ever been to Claire’s!) and it was painless and seamless. Shop was friendly, clean, and totally professional. (We went to the shop on Clinton.) We’d go back!

  3. Took our Grandson to Grade A today to price a tattoo he wanted to get. They were AMAZING! The man at the desk ( wish I knew his name) was terrific!! Gave us the info we asked for and even said it could be done today!! The Tattoo artist : Joe Woodfin is INDEED an artist.. The stencil Joe drew was EXACTLY what our grandson wanted! The tattoo was done expertly and quickly! He does phenomenal work. ! If you ever want a tattoo you must go to Grade A! Ask for Joe! On top of fabulous service, the studio is immaculate ! Thanks to Joe, the staff we will never go anywhere else!!

    I had a scheduled consultation with Grade A in the mall, which the store didn’t open until a half hour after my scheduled time. I met with the receptionist and she told me that I could be seen same day and talked up three separate artists. We agreed on one of them, who she said was very personable and would “knock my tattoo out of the park.” I showed back up that evening for my appointment and was told that the artist I was supposed to work with was running behind and that I would have a different artist. I agreed, since it was my first tattoo and didn’t know the protocol, and went back. When I got the first stencil made, it was only half of the tattoo I sent them pictures of that morning. When I asked the tattoo artist if he would add the line work in that it was missing, he agreed and took a sharpie to my arm and began to draw in the lines that I wanted. I stopped him and told him that I wanted another stencil done, so that the lines were straight and it was exactly what I wanted. He begrudgingly agreed. When I came in that evening, I asked for a price estimate, which the front desk told me to ask the artist. When I asked the artist, he told me that I would need to ask the front desk. When I went back up, the front desk asked a third party tattoo artist, who made a price up on the spot. The tattoo itself looks very nice and I don’t have any qualms. However the service and interactions with the staff were dismal and I will not be returning for future tattoos.

    They were awesome as soon as I walked in the door. Answered all of my questions, and are super laid back people. I went on Friday to get a piercing and everyone was so helpful. Bella did my piercing and she was outstanding. She kept making sure I was okay, and she listened to me blab about my life. She made me comfortable and confident throughout the entire procedure. I will definitely be back for my next piercing!

    We went in on a whim to see if my husband and I could get our noses pierced together. The gentleman that signed us in was very nice. Bella was the one who did the piercings for both of us. She was informative and very pleasant through the whole experience. Would highly recommend coming here.

    first time ever coming here, and i loved everything about it! i got my belly button pierced and it was super quick, reasonable pricing ($50 even, with jewelry included) the staff was extremely nice, had a very welcoming vibe. the very nice lady who did it made sure i liked it, let me know when she was gonna do it, made sure i was okay, and informed me on the aftercare. will definitely be coming back for any future piercings!

    I was lucky enough to get in last minute with Kyle Kozek since he had some time open up even though he’s usually booked further out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I could tell he really cared about putting a great piece of art on to skin. He had plenty of awesome designs available already which made finding the right one for me easier. The shop was nice, clean, professional, and a bigger space than most other shops I’ve been to which made it a more comfortable tattoo experience! I recommend this shop and Kyle to anyone looking to get a good quality tattoo.

    I had a great experience here for my first tattoo! Everything was very professional from the first phone call to leaving with a new tattoo. Everything is immaculately clean and a very chill environment. Spent the whole day there for this one. Kyle Kozek was my artist and he was awesome!

    This place is very clean and respectful. It felt very welcoming in going in there. They were able to get me in within 1.5 month due to cancellation and it took about 3.5-4 hours with a couple breaks. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed with it being my first colored/detailed tattoo. Rachel is such a talented artist and made the experience very calming. So glad I drove an hour and found a great tattoo shop with amazing artists! Will definitely be back for my next piece.

    Bit late of a review because I wanted to post the healed version but Logan Bourbina did my memorial tattoo for my dog and it turned out beautiful!! He was kind and patient with me the whole time and it didn’t even need a touch up!! (The rat tattoo was also done by him 3yrs ago and still looking great!!)

    I went to studio 13 with my best friend. She got Jamie Choi and I went with Mike Schlueter. I couldn’t say I had a better experience getting a tattoo. Before I even stepped in the shop, they were very open and up front with everything price wise. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and understanding. The shop is EXTREMELY clean and sterile. My tattoo was done AMAZING and so much thought went into it. He went over the healing process and everything in great detail. I have two other tattoos from two other places and I could not have asked for a better tattoo experience. If ever I decide to get another tattoo in the future, there will be no question as to where I go.
