  1. I was supposed to see Rachel for a brow clean up. But when I showed up to my appointment, I was told that my appointment was canceled because they sent my email confirmation to another person with apparently the same name. Without confirming all of the pertinent information, they simply took my appointment off of the books. Yet, I confirmed and filled out the emailed form and confirmed from my email. They were not the least bit apologetic or tried to fix their mistake. The receptionist admitted to canceling my appointment. I was told to sit and wait to see IF anyone was a no show. I made this appointment because of a wedding I was attending. I left and called, on my way to search for another place to get a walk-in, and was told that they did not have a manager. No one was in charge and they would not leave a message to have anyone call me back. This place did absolutely nothing to fix THEIR mistake. I will pay big money to everyone I know to use anyone else. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE.

  2. I have been in search of a good waxing center in Tallahassee for quite some time now and I just have to say the search is over!! This place is so clean and is staffed with the friendliest people. Thyra helped me out with a Brazilian wax and she made sure it was painless as possible, while also keeping up great conversation! I will definitely be back again!

  4. The front desk staff was nice. My waxer didn’t talk much or walk me through anything, even when I notified her that this was my first time. She left a good bit of hairs down there and was comfortable with me leaving with hairs still.. I wasn’t told anything about after care. When she did speak, she was nice but I was not happy paying for a service for the first time and then still having to go home & fix it. I was going to leave her a good tip until I seen the results. Thankfully I used a Groupon before spending the full price..

  5. Danielle did my Brazilian and it was an amazing experience! I was very nervous about my appt since it was my first wax since having a baby. But she talked me through the whole thing, and helped me breathe through it. Thank you so much!

    I always have a great experience at Bare! I usually get sugaring done and it’s so much gentler than regular waxing. Victoria is wonderful, very skilled, and very fast! I never have any irritation. I recently had a facial with Casey and it was amazing! First facial I’ve ever had that didn’t cause inflammation or dry patches. She really listens to your needs and provides a relaxing experience.

    Love,Love, Love went there Saturday for the very first time. I was a walk in and I love the fact that they cater to walk ins. It is convenient for the customer who wants to get snatched at any given moment. I’m headed to Tampa for vacation, so I needed a Brazilian wax my original person that does this does not wax on weekends. So I went to google and found this Diamond in the rough. Salon is clean and welcoming. Nice receptionist when I walked in. She ask me what service I needed. I replied and she took my payment and told me that Casey would be doing my wax. Casey was the bomb. So Ladies and Gents ask for Casey she was great. I was in and out. Wish I could give 10 stars😂😂. Overall excellent experience and will be back!!

    I have always had a wonderful experience with the young beautiful lady name Kristin, she is kind and patient and answers any concerns and questions that’s you have with your services. She is gentle with me and quick. Must book with Kristin, tip her nice as I do. Always a pleasure to come to the center it is clean and the others girls are nice as well. Love love kiristin❤️❤️

    Kristin is absolutely the best tech out there! She’s so sweet and gentle with me and gets me out of there in a flash! I definitely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my wax but her! Make sure you book with her , you won’t regret it!

    I had Kristen do my wax. She was very kind and patient with me, as I had a weird cramp that made me laugh hysterically. Oh my goodness, I was so embarrassed, but Kristen was great and professional! She communicated very well. It took her like 15 minutes and she cleared the “room”.     Going to LivSmooth has been an incredible experience from start to finish. My initial consultation was extremely thorough. I did not feel rushed and my questions were answered attentively and thoughtfully in regard to the services themselves as well as financing options. My results were amazing right after the first couple treatments and not only did I see a significant decrease in hair but also it helped lighten my hyperpigmentation scars from shaving. The cooling tip on the laser makes the treatments seemingly painless so I only wish I would have come sooner. The laser technicians are all RN’s which sets this place apart from others. The business is always clean and calming. As a licensed esthetician myself I can highly recommend LivSmooth.
