  2. I have an issue that, to me, feels urgent. I called here 1st since I am already established with this clinic. I let the receptionist know that I was already a patient here and that I had what I felt to be an urgent need and asked how far out they were booking. The only question I was asked by reception was what my insurance type was. I let her know it was Premera and was then told it would be about 2 months for an appointment. I was not asked my name, or what condition I was needing looked at, so it appears the decision on how soon I could be seen was strictly based on which insurance type I have and not my medical condition. I called another clinic in the area and asked the same thing, except in this case I would be a new patient. They also stated they were booking out about 2 months but asked questions about what my concern was. After explaining, they worked me in within 2 weeks which I thought was fantastic. Then on top of that, they called a few days later to offer me a cancelation for this week!! Now, I understand how urgent specialty clinics work- I actually WORK for one and we are booked out at least 3 months ALL THE TIME. But this clinic unfortunately made me feel like just a number with an insurance card and not a patient at a medical facility, which is a bummer!

  4. I have been there twice now and I LOVE Dr. Reed. She is so nice and makes me feel so comfortable! She is super knowledgeable and really pays attentions to my needs and worries. Her assistant is also amazing, super sweet and kind! I go in yearly for a check up and it’s like I go in all the time. She takes the time to look at my moles or freckles and calms my nerves. She also had me get a bunch of sunscreen samples which was awesome! I highly recommend Dr. Reed!!

  5. My daughter is a new patient. She is developmentally delayed and autistic. I came early to fill out the paperwork so she wouldn’t hv to wait an additional 15 minutes in the waiting room. The receptionist who helped me was so delightful and sweet! Katie Jensen was very thorough and very kind with my daughter as was her assistant. I would highly recommend them and this office!

    I’ve been going to Mellisa for 6 years now and she never disappoints my Botox came out amazing of course. We need to talk about Jules. This was my first time getting a facial and she has been the best human being ever. even when i got home she checked on me and made sure my skin was doing good. I did have some issues with acne and she still is helping me at home get my skin care on point until my next facial. So if you are interested in going to crafted but not sure I’m here to say go they are so amazing everyone In there.

    I absolutely love love love Lisa she is so kind! I had a major jaw surgery and she really has helped me over the last almost 10 years making sure my eyebrows match and are not all wonky from my nerve Damage! I would highly recommend her she is amazing! I have just started seeing Erin here for chemical peels and she is also amazing and I have already seen results with my pigmentation and acne!     Best facial ever!!! I was in Spokane for a work trip and heard so many good things about crafted beauty, so I had to see for myself. I never trust anyone with my face except my aesthetician, but took a chance and booked a facial with Jules. She listened to all my concerns and addressed them and went above and beyond (might have to fly down every month 😜) I also was very impressed with the ambience of the space and how welcoming the environment was. I walked out feeling rejuvenated. Cannot recommend her and crafted beauty enough.

    Love this salon and love Erica more! Everyone is so nice and inviting. The stylists are all so sweet and complimentary of one another. It’s a wonderful environment to be in when getting your hair done. I go to Erica who is such a doll. I go in with a vague idea of what I want to do and Erica runs with it! She’s given me my dream copper color and cut. I trust that woman with my hair and she delivers every time. Highly recommend this wonderful salon.
