- Reviews:Good while it lasts, I didn’t want to give a bad review, I really didn’t, treatment was effective however I have to remind people that treatment you purchase do expire. I bought 5 treatment of BBL(for freckle treatment), used 3 and I did see the result, however the result only last for about a year. And when I went back after a year to continue the treatment, and As I arrived the appointment, the staff told me my skin looked fine so I shouldn’t be needing another treatment until months later but didn’t remind me that my treatments are going to expired in few months. So I trusted them and left the appointment empty handed. A few months later I tried to schedule the appointment again and I was told the rest of my treatments were canceled because they were expired, so at the end I paid for 5 treatments and only got to use 3 of them, at least I learnt a lesson. **Update: They reached out to me after about this issue and I will keep it updated.**By Laura Pariso (a year ago)I really thought that the entire operation at this place was very professional. The individual who worked on me (don’t know if I am aloud to give her name) was so thorough, every once in awhile stopping to ask me if I am understanding what she is explaining to me, and continued to explain the procedure that was about to give me. She told me what to expect, even the process that will be possibly a little pain, but also why this process had to be done. She was good, very good. And she made me feel comfortable because she wasn’t robotic and just go right into the procedure, but we struck up conversation. I would highly recommend her and say that she is an asset to the company. I am an Inspector with the US Army Corps of Engineers , I deal with all kinds of top level personnel and professionals. I saw Krystal and she was awesome – she was very professional and gave me great suggestions on what would look good for me! She was very gentle and didn’t need to move the needle around much when injecting the fillers – I woke up this morning with no bruising and minimal swelling! My main concern was hyperpigmentation left from my acne but the online counselor suggested BBL to me (instead of laser), which it’s more effective to treat redness/sun damage to try to get me to purchase their treatment. But my overall experience was good since the person (Priyanka P., RN)who treated my facial skin was well knowledgeable about the treatment (BBL) and answered all my questions honestly saying that BBL might not resolve my concern about the hyperpigmentation but will help to reduce my redness on my facial skin. As a result, I see my redness are all gone but just still have some mild hyperpigmentation (light drown). - Reviews:I scheduled an appointment at Revive because I heard great reviews from a friend so I had to schedule. My skin was doing terribly so the appointment was needed. And when i tell you this place did not disappoint I mean it! Their facial was the most relaxing, quick, and easy one I’ve ever received. The young girl who gave me my facial, I believe her name is Natalie was awesome. She was so kind and sweet and made me feel so comfortable. So if you can, I’d recommend her. I LOVE Enigma Medi Spa! Dr. Mephis is so professional and friendly–explaining everything before I even ask. I hardly felt the botox needle when he administered them. And none of my friends noticed when I met them after. I’ve told a number of my older friends about him because they don’t want that pulled look, and he has a really natural and soft touch. It’s a great place to go!
Enigma Medi Spa &Laser Center is the best skin care clinic in the city. Their services are excellent. The atmosphere inside them is very clean and charming. Each of their staff is highly skilled and experienced. I came here for laser hair removal services. They gave me excellent service affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and good. If you are looking for quality care with long term and lasting results I am recommending Enigma Medi Spa and Laser Center. I’ve done three hydra facials and kept up with my daily skin care regimens and I cannot begin to tell you how in a short space of 3 months my skin has changed. No more dark spots and uneven skin just smooth, even and toned!!!!
I also do laser treatment for my underarms, I had severe ingrown hairs and was scared to do laser treatment. After the very first treatment I saw results. With every treatment I became more amazed ..no more ugly black bumps.

The staff is very polite, the place is small and I give cleanliness a 3 .. The consult room had needle on the prep table exposed and a vial next to it. It could have been better. Going to the other location in center city as I scheduled an appointment. I hope for the best.
