  1. The dermatology department is amazing! They are always so nice to me and I appreciate the environment they present. Even though I live across town, they are the reason I keep going back. I trust them and all the knowledge they share with me, especially Dr. Dunn. Dr. Dunn is amazing and explains everything so well to me! I appreciate seeing her because I feel like she truly cares about her patients!

  2. The staff is great. Not long wait times and Jason Hadley takes the time to explain things and is open with his knowledge. Explains the medications well and also things you can do to make the medication more effective. Great team.

  3. I really like Nancy Shina, she was very sweet and personable, and very thorough with my skin check. I have to get it every 6 months to year because of skin cancer. She made me feel like she took the time to address all my questions, and concerns.

  4. Right from the time she walked into the room she was kind and personable. She got right to work and knew exactly what to do and what was pee cancerous. She throughly explained what she was doing and why, they told me what it would feel like and how it would heal. I am pleased that she was recommended for me.

  5. No one likes to have skin frozen or biopsied but the care given to patients is awesome. I recommend Dr. LEA HEDSTROM to anyone with troublesome skin.

    Friendly staff & super clean environment! Trista did my lips and did an amazing job. She was super informative and made me feel so comfortable. She made sure I was good & numb and that we were on the same page with what I wanted! I will 1000% be returning, I drove 45 minutes and it was well worth it.

There is no one that I trust more to do procedures on my face, what everyone who comes in contact with me sees first. She is so talented, knowledgeable, confident, and practices with precise skill. I trust her opinion and know that she will always be honest and will never lead me astray. Every single appointment I’ve always been so relaxed and comfortable. Her bedside manner and compassion is so genuine. I’m so blessed to have such an incredible nurse taking care of me and helping me feel more confident in my own skin, wearing my face!     Invest in your SKIN! I come and get a skin treatment once per month. I always look forward to my appointments. Cami is the best! She is professional, kind, and knowledgeable.     I’ve been here for Massage, but this time, we decided to take my mother here for 3 pedicures. We paid $70 for my daughter to get her toes to look over missed or just not add any attention to details to my daughter pedicure. She was done 40 mins after with Shellac. My daughter sat there quietly for 10 mins. The technician looks like she didn’t even file or cut toe nails properly. It is 50 min services, but since it was 12 years, I guess she doesn’t deserve the full time or quality doesn’t apply. I also requested two shellac sessions, and the techs refused to switch until after our feet were in the tubs. That didn’t sound very sanitary to either or us to be putting our feet in each other tubes. Couldn’t they just switch to accommodate our requests, which we made appts for? It wasn’t a good experience, and the middle tech seemed like she was very upset throughout the whole process. Being offered help oof the steps is one thing, but if I don’t want to touch it, please understand. When I told you no thank. I don’t need you to insist on grabbing my arm. I had a new tattoo on my arm and didn’t want it to be grabbed at.

    went in for my first ever brazilian wax here, was waxed by candice. the wax was obviously painful and uncomfortable, but candice was funny and very kind. i bruised along my inner hip, candice apologized and assured me bruising was normal. but after returning home and beginning the aftercare process, i noticed several patches of missed hair, not just a few stragglers, patches. i’m not sure if this could be my fault, but i’d never waxed before and the hair was plenty long. i’m not sure what went wrong there, but otherwise it was a fine experience. the environment seemed clean and the salon was pretty and well decorated.

    I’ve gone to this clinc off and on since 2005. I love how educated the techs are especially when it comes to the laser hair removal. The diffrent stages of growth and how far apart appointments should be spaced, among many other services they offer, I appreciate their knowledge in that area the most! Well worth the money. I’ve tried other places for cheaper and did not receive desirabld results. Now as far as front desk, yes they do answer your questions but it has always seem that u have to “fish” to get them to answer your questions as if you should already know and understand all aspects of services being offered & it has always seemed that way with every front desk receptionist or at least the ones I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with in person & on the phone. Customer service with a smile goes a long way. 😊 Another improvement on the Aesthetics is the seating area, it has become a little over ran with very cute decor, & products, a bit over whelming maybe a better flow would be a bit more pleasing. Now in no way am I trying to be rude, I truly enjoy this place & only want it to be successful. It is the only place I refer clients friends colleagues and students to, especially for their hair removal.

    The spa is very calm and relaxing. My massage was fantastic which includes essential oils. This is a full service spa with a steam room upon request which I love. Definitely will re-book and tell my friends/family.

    I love this spa. The ambiance is always very welcoming and most of the staff is polite. The woman at the front desk is not very accommodating or courteous but I have had mostly pleasant experiences here with the rest of the staff and the therapists do a good job.
