Then they just seemed annoyed and just want you out of the office asap even if you are not completely taken care of. The pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent! Staff was kind and approachable and services were completed in a timely manner. I have since moved away from Honolulu but had one of the lower leg and underarm services left on my account. Since they were the free ones connected to my packages, they had no monetary value to be refunded. However, they never expire! So Chelsea was respectful and let me know that if I ever came back to visit that I could use the last services then. I appreciated her clarity and found her incredibly pleasant to talk to. It’s only the day after my appointment and I am in LOVE with me lips. I even did a little chin pop to balance my profile and I feel like a new woman. She is extremely detailed in her appointment, talks to you and makes sure to give you what you are in there for. I generally felt she enjoys what she does. There is a parking lot, the place is cute and clean, she has a really sweet assistant that is really helpful and makes you comfortable through the procedure which I really appreciated. The girl at the front desk was pleasent as well! They also gave me a military discount without me asking for it, that never happens. - Reviews:I cannot begin to explain the amount of relief I have received from treatment at HEC Medical Clinic. The staff are extremely professional and kind. I was a bit doubtful since this is not surgery or invasive how it would help, but holy smokes it definitely has worked for me. My pain level is usually a 4-5 daily now I am down significantly to a 2. I went to them for 2 things, pain, weight loss. They were able to help me with all my pain and most days, I am pain free. They helped me lose 15 pounds and keep it off even during the holidays. I plan on going back to them to help me lose more weight.By Laura Conradson (3 months ago)I went for a consultation on trying to lower my A1C and Type 2 diabetes. After only just a little over a month and 12 laser treatments I got my A1C down from 7.7 to 6.3. My primary doctor cut my metformin pills from 4 pills to only 2 pills a day. If I get my A1C down to 5.7 she will take me off all of my diabetes meds. I’m continuing more laser treatments and plan to reverse my diabetes all together. I’ve tried everything and Dr Oda’s laser treatments is safe, painless and the only thing thats helped me so far. You can even lose some weight as long as you follow Dr Oda and his staff’s instructions. If you don’t, I’m willing to bet it won’t work for you or as fast! Hydration is key as well as using the colon cleanse pills and hydrate powder. The staff is very friendly and always makes you feel welcome. It may seem a bit pricey for some, but its for the betterment of your own health and even more reason to listen carefully to what they tell you. I can’t seem to break it so I needed a bit of help, to possibly have me gain some confidence to get it back to 85% of what it use to look like. I was so happy with my back at one point. I thank, Dr. Oda and his team, for helping me with tightening that area. I can definitely work with it more, than fighting the war for more expansion on my problem spot; back. A must try…. I went to Michelle for a platinum hydrafacial during my vacation at Oahu. Michelle tailored the experience to my needs and followed through after the treatment to make sure everything’s working as expected. I had some sunburn from the water activities and my skin was under a lot of stress. After the treatment, the skin is much more relaxed – there’s also this beautiful radiance that I absolutely love. Highly recommend Michelle for anyone who’s looking for a reliable medspa.
I don’t get facials often probably because I have not had a good experience. Michelle was recommended to me for both hydra facials and the laser treatments. After the first treatment, I was not only impressed with her knowledge of my skin concerns but I actually saw results. Michelle is wonderful and I highly recommend her! She explained each procedure and answered any questions I had. I am so glad she was recommended to me and she is now my go to person for my skin treatments.
