I just got my legs waxed for the first time and she was able to keep me talking to distract me so it wasn’t super painful. She also always keeps me up to date on new products and the promotions going on so I always have the products I need. She also always makes sure my following appointments are booked to make sure I’m able to see her! She booked my waxing appointment for my wedding 4 months in advance and double checks every time I come to make sure it’s still booked right and that she’ll have ample time to get all my services done! - Reviews:I could never in good confidence refer/recommend this company to anyone. I’ve struggled with hair overgrowth issues for a long time, and have considered laser to help in this area. After several consults with different companies i decided to go with this one, a mistake I have regretted tremendously. Foremost, my first visit and treatment was great, i found the office staff to be nice and i felt good about my decision. Everything changed on my third visit/ treatment, without any advance notice they changed the laser i was using and I immediately noticed a huge difference in my results. When I brought this to the attention of my technician she made me feel as though i was imaging things and told me to allow more time for the results to show up. Long story short and results never occurred, i utilized all of my treatments and am still having overgrowth hair issues, it has not diminished at all. If i can tell anyone considering laser from this company, please spend more time researching other companies. Also, know that this company is not Better Business Bureau (BBB) certified which means they are not obligated to resolve any customer complaints. I did jot know this until after the fact.
