  1. They are awesome!! It’s not just a surgery and your done, they continue to give you little bonus gifts during you follow ups! Also, provided free touch up after the original surgery which was a great weight lifted being able to get that at no charge! I shopped around and prices are basically the same, however I believe the added gestures puts them above everyone else in my mind! Iv had nothing but great experiences and will forever be thankful for Dr. Lee and his crew!

  3. I am genetically predisposed to having a pocket of fat under my chin. No matter how healthy of a weight I maintained, that fat would not go away. Dr. Lee performed a quick in-office liposuction procedure on my chin and neck, and I see a huge difference! The whole office team works in cohesion. They are timely with appointments and always friendly. Dr. Lee takes the time to explain things and answer questions, which says a lot about his practice. I recommend Aspire!

    When I came to my first consultation I had NO idea what to expect or how much everything was going to be. I sat in with Ashley and she educated and explained to me all about Milan, who they are what they do and the services provided. After the consultation you get 1 free treatment to see how it is and pricing for all of the treatments. Once I left I did my research and called a few other laser hair removal places. I’m not going to lie, its not cheap. All of the other places were maybe 1/4 of the price compared to Milan. So why did I go there? After I left that day, Ashley stayed in constant communication with me, she continued to reach out and asked if I had any more questions and was extremely responsive to providing me with different pricing to help me save the most. The customer service is 10/10 and one of the main reasons why I decided to stay at Milan. When you walk in you will be instantly greeted by all of the staff working there and they will all make you feel SO comfortable pre-treatment, during treatment and post treatment. Offering you water before, helping your prep and then making sure everything went okay after. The experience and service is worth every penny. The other places I called that had cheaper pricing offered less treatments compared to Milan and were NOT FOR LIFE. This is an investment. And it is worth every penny! You wont regret it.

    I can’t say enough good things about Milan! They’re friendly and professional, the office is very clean, and I feel comfortable throughout the treatments. I’ve noticed a huge improvement already and laser treatment has made my life so much easier.

    I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years. I would highly suggest it. As someone who has black skin that’s prone to hyperpigmentation, they made sure to highlight and acknowledge that my skin is different in my consultation. They went over the lasers and showed me before and afters of people who looked like me and I was sold. My treatments, when done consistently reduced my scars dramatically as well as stopped hair growth. I saw “night and day” results within my first two visits. I have a thyroid condition, so my hair follicles will regenerate. Having the lifetime warranty makes this worth the money and the monthly payment plan is affordable.

    Relaxing environment. Nice staff, facial was nice, but I wouldn’t recommend the 90min facial. It was nice for the first halibut laying flat on your back stark still for the last half started to wear on mg back and hips. And after the second round of treatment my face more greasy than moisturized. I had to wipe alot off after I left. Now that being said I did have a lovely glow when it was all said and done. For place is a bit hard to find and out of the way so look for a very small sign.

    Had an appointment scheduled for about 3 weeks to get eyelashes lifted and tinted. The appointment was at 12 and got there at 1145 and waited and at about 1205 they told me that Morgan the one scheduled to do my eyelashes was not going to be able to make the appointment time. I couldn’t believe it. I made arrangements for my kids and they waited until the appointment time to tell me that she wasn’t even there!! My time is just as valuable and I’m pretty sure if i cancelled without 24 hour notice they charge for the full appointment price! Terrible customer service and basically wasted my time. I live in auburn so not only my time but driving time as well. This is suppose to be a luxury spa experience. Hardly that!! Avoid Morgan as she doesn’t value your time!!!! UPDATE: went back to give salon another chance. Had service done by Sophia who was AMAZING!! Talked with “spa manager” multiple times from the salon and she said she was going to comp the service. I had a gift card that i used and i am still waiting on them to comp any service. I had tipped Sophia 50$ and the “spa manager” called to make sure that was the amount I meant to tip her. Sophia does a great job and will probably be the only reason I would go back to the salon. The salon did not make up for the original experience just disappointing, especially since they told me they would make up for it. Nothing was done to compensate my time or level of frustration. Probably the worst salon experience in Fort Wayne!!

    I had a 1 hour massage with Brooke as my therapist today and WOW. She is amazing, professional, and knows how to work out knots. I plan on going back and requesting her again! Fabulous. I feel great!

    Love this place but haven’t been back in a while, If I had a consistent person doing my massage, that would be fantastic, but it’s mostly different people each time, even though I scheduled on the same day once a month. They seem to lose employees a lot. The one on hilegas was not great at all. The atmosphere is cheaper, looking with not much charm, they couldn’t do the type of pressure we wanted only a relaxing rub basically. Gave the hilegas location a few chances but won’t go back to that one. Dupont if they could keep staff and I could have the same person for massage that would make me happy.

    The massage itself was great, however I had a 1.5 hour massage scheduled for 12 pm. I got there at 11:45, and did not get taken back until 12:05. I was then left in the room for another 10 minutes. My massage did not start until after 12:15, and then she stopped promptly at 1:30, shorting my massage over 15 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend.
