  3. AMAZING! I’ve been to this twice now (years apart) and they’re always super friendly with amazing bedside manner. I don’t get waxed often so I’m a little shy and have sensitive skin but I got waxed from my eyebrows to my toes for my wedding and it was actually pretty relaxing! Definitely the only place I’d trust to be so gentle and considerate ❤️ thank you guys!

  4. I have gotten around 4 waxing services here and I love it! All the ladies are so nice! My favorite lady is Mariana. She is the absolutely so kind and friendly. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She didn’t miss any spots! I’ll be booking all my appointments with her now! I highly recommend!

  5. They do not like white people at this location. They were nasty mean girls who could care less aboout this buissnes. There are not mature professionals at this location.. 5/17/23 11 am discrimitory behavior. Shouting,over me. They couldn’t answer questions about the procedure. They Made themselves look ignorant. Being so angry and weirdly hostile. They 2 people became hostile when I asked how long she had been waxing. When she couldn’t answer basic questions about waxing my brows. Was not comfortable with a person who could not answer my question.doind a procedure on my face. I was not comfortable with the slow girl, who I thought was a receptionist, she went to take me in a room to start. I was like, wait, your doing my waxing? Um, no. Because her nasty attitude inability or refusal to answer simple questions. I wasn’t letting her touch me. But i remained calm.. so watch that video. when I asked how long she had been waxing. The taller girl , Started yelling , leave, at me. The taller girl just screamed over me everytime i attempted to say anything. Management: these girls said to me when I asked for a manager, to get out . They said they have video going. so I suggest you watch these 2 discrimitory ladies. Run off the white woman and it was discrimitory, because I remained calm with a smile and never raised my voice, never got personel, never got mad, mostly i was laughing at these chicks. . these girls yelled at me, over me non stop.. Also the taller girl. Says to me, while you were in the bathroom, the last customer commented on your bad attitude. They talked about me with another client while I was in the bathroom.?.. What the heck. The reason Im referring to them as girls is their behavior. It was childish . please watch the video. Anyway Alta beauty is right next door at the willows shopping center. I was going back and forth, this being my first time getting my face waxed. But sitting here at Ulta Beauty in the willows. ic they have an impressive situation. There are so many services at Ulta beauty.. as I age there are alot of things I would like to try and I would like to stick with the same person.. I’m so happy these 2 nightmare girls scared me awY. Helped me decide. Getting waxed in just a moment, yah…warning if a person doing a procedure can’t answer questions and becomes hostile and offended its their own self doubt and I suggest you take heed. This whole situation is unfortunately a sign of the times . I suggest you avoid this drama if you’re white and go to ulta beauty. Where race makes no difference, just professionals and clients and beauty. Happy people are making other people happy. That’s my ulta experience..

    For my very first time with laser hair removal, I was very pleased. From the start, the receptionist at the front desk checked me in right away. I sat down and not long after the nurse/laser technician called me back. She was friendly and kind. She explained the process and that she would do a couple tests to see how I felt. I had no issues. There was no pain and the session went quicker than I expected. I hope my following sessions are similar and that they remove all my hair. That is a concern especially how quick the session goes. At check out, I scheduled my next three appointments. It was fast and easy! Thank you SEV.

    I was referred to SEV by a friend and I am so so glad I went! This was my first time ever trying laser. Check in was easy when I arrived and the girls up front were kind and warm. The wait was short before the laser technician took me back. She was so so nice and immediately made me feel at ease. She went over how everything would work and did a couple test tries to make sure I wasn’t going to be alarmed when she started. There was absolutely no pain and it was over in less than 5 minutes. Check out was easy and they scheduled me for my next appointment quickly and I was out! I’ll definitely continue to go to SEV and look forward to seeing results! I will say that the original nurse who did my video screening was very cold and dismissive which did not give me a lot of hope for the rest of the team and my original appointment was rescheduled (day of) by SEV. I had to reach out to get confirmation as I did not receive a follow up confirmation email after they rescheduled. Overall, I had a positive experience and will come back

    I’ve seen reviews on google/yelp where there’s been issues with customer service and I wanted to share my experience. The second I walked in the door, I was greeted by the most friendly and welcoming receptionist. I was quickly called in and had the best experience with the RN- it was my first time and she explained the laser process and answered all of my questions. It was quick and fairly painless.

    Easy and quick. The girl at front desk is really nice every time. (Asian girl ). Some of the staff aren’t as good as others. I’ve had one girl who took her time and got all the hair and then another that simply went over the area super quick and the hair is still there. I definitely think this is gonna take longer than I’ve read about. I’m guessing 12 sessions and I don’t have a lot of hair to begin with. I’ll probably go to laser away after this expires.

    They have implemented a tipping jar and now when you check out you have to go through the tipping screen. Instead of paying your employees a good wage you expect the customer to pick up your slack. My service takes five minutes, I pay $50 per session and expected to tip on top of that? Absolutely not. Pay your employees better! My hair removal has been minimal after four sessions. I got much better results with another provider after two session than four here. I’ll be finishing up the package I bought but I won’t be back after that. The staff is mostly friendly and the facility is clean. Sometimes you have to wait 20+ min for your appt and once I had no wait.
