He was extremely attentive , listened to what my goals were, and explained in detail how we were going to accomplish those goals! He was honest, and very friendly!   2. From walking into the door the staff was welcoming and pleasant. I went in for lip fillers and the Dr took the time to listen and provide clear expectations of what the next steps would be. He had a great sense of humor and provided clarity and precision. I came from Florida and they were able to accommodate and provide services same day. My fillers are still settling but I’m overly happy with the results so far. Thank you, when I’m in town again I’ll definitely be taking advantage of other services.

  3. Dr. Jay did an amazing on me! He blew me away with his skills involving jeuveau and fillers. Made my spouse and I very comfortable. I felt like I was over a friends house enjoying the experience. I will never go anywhere else! Book this place. This review is coming from someone very picky so there you go!

  4. The facility is beautiful and clean. They have everything you need (service) BUT a few of the staff’s personality and customer service skills are no better than toilet water. No smiles, no eye contact, they come and get you, don’t ask how are you or how’s your day going nothing. They ask you what you want or give you what you need and send you onto the next person or out the door. It’s like they are rushing you and for a first timer I’d like to know about other treatments that may help me. They don’t tell you how your doing each visit or give you a printout of your weekly progress so I keep up with my own. I waited to do a survey because I thought maybe it was me, nope, it was how I saw it the first time but it is just a few not ALL of the staff. I am happy with my progress so far. I am thinking of getting other services and despite the few rude encounters I will refer to a friend or family member, if asked.

  5. I’m glad I waited until I finished my treatments to write this review. I completed 7 treatments of laser hair removal. Dr Salim told me that he would guarantee I would be completely hairless after my treatments. During the treatment process some of my hair turned grey and laser doesn’t work on grey hair. Dr Salim told me that he would provide me with electrolysis to kill the grey hairs after my treatments were completed. I have attempted to speak to Dr Salim on my last 2 visits to no avail. I have been calling and leaving messages for the past month I finally just gave up and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I would not recommend this place after they collect your money, your meaningless to them.

    This was the most seamless process!! Samantha was the most kind and helpful person! She explained any changes that were being made to my treatment and how it all works. She checked in regularly throughout to make sure I was not in pain. She also was so easy to have a conversation with that I didn’t even realize how fast it all went!! The rest of the staff was so kind and helpful as well.

    First of all, I had a great experience every time I visited this location with the staff. They were very friendly and professional. My complaint is not with any of those folks. HOWEVER: I would give this place negative stars if I could. I was sold a package of Brazilian laser hair removal treatments in 2019 and began my treatment cycle. Obviously due to the pandemic that was put on hold, but I eventually completed my seven sessions and was initially satisfied with the results. The reason I signed on to do the sessions was that I was told I would get a *lifetime* of free touch ups. The individual that did my consultation SPECIFICALLY stated that this was one of the perks. Although it’s been sometime, a lifetime guarantee is supposed to mean a lifetime guarantee, right? Apparently not. I called today and was told I would have to pay a fee for a touchup. Hundreds of dollars down the drain… And also I followed every single procedure re getting the treatments done and aftercare. To top it all off, the removal was only about 25% effective. Take your business 1000% elsewhere this place is a scam for people who have money to blow for no reason. Speaking from a personal point of view, I do not treat myself or spend much money on cosmetic procedures. I did this solely because I was out of options for an area that I was extremely uncomfortable about. Again – super nice staff! SCAM company.

    Very disappointing! I’ve been using the services for many months now and I’ve been patiently waiting to see the results! I’ve made every appointment and due to the fact that I was out of town for my birthday, I missed a call to confirm my appointment. Which resulted in my appointment being cancelled for tomorrow May 9! This has NEVER happened before. Customer service rep Jay from Florida, could care less. I explained I’ve never missed an appointment nor have I confirmed an appointment on previous visits! As a result, it will be almost 11 weeks before my next visit! So disappointing! I prefer to discontinue my services at ideal image Huntersville and take my business somewhere else. Happy birthday to me! 😡

    Love the staff here and the wonderful job that they do to make women and men feel confident in themselves! My only dislike is ideal image is limited to what you can have done. I’d like to see sculptra injections for the butt available here and also the option to have filler injected under the eye area. I would prefer it if I didn’t need to look elsewhere for these services.

    I had my first treatment at Charlotte Skin & Laser this morning, and am already looking forward to going back! Everything from check in, to check out was seamless. I waited less than 2 minutes to go back for my treatment, was kept informed all along the way, and was greeted with nothing but bright and cheery faces at each step of the process. After numbing, they provided drinks, snacks, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable waiting area. The procedure itself was quick; and they made me comfortable all along the way. They even provided me with a warm blanket. I would recommend this place over and over again.

    I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first time visiting, but I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was professional, polite and patient. The space was beautiful and clean. Serena, the medical aesthetician I scheduled my service with, was outstanding! She conducted a very thorough consultation, helped me select what type of skin service would work best for my issues, then got to work. I’m looking forward to continuing my skincare with her and seeing amazing results!
