  1. I’ve been going here for years. It started great and then COVID hit and like many other businesses thier services took a hit. I almost considered not using them anymore (it was difficult getting appointments during that time) but I’m glad I suck with them. The service is great again if not better! The ladies in the office are very pleasant and the nurses who did my treatments were/are always professional. The company as a whole recognized the problem with appointments and stood up an entire department to address the issue and so far I’ve not had issues getting my appointments. GREAT JOB!

  2. My initial appointment was canceled because there was no one available to perform the laser hair removal, and I rescheduled for a week later. There were not enough nurse technicians to service all the clients. I was squeezed in between two other appointments. I was told at the previous appointment that I could get my armpits touched up at my next appointment, but the nurse said she didn’t have time for that, and she rushed through the treatment on my legs, and I’m worried she may have missed some spots. My next appointment is scheduled for 10 weeks from now, because there’s nothing available 6-8 weeks from now. Ideal Image should make sure they can handle the clients they already have, before soliciting new customers.

  3. Today was my first time going to get lip filler.. my whole experience there was amazing! The girls were so welcoming and comforting. Any questions I asked they were answered. Katy was the one that did my fillers and she was very informational, asked me all types of questions so we could make sure that we reached the results that I wanted! The process is very easy and honestly not as painful as I thought it would be! I’m someone that doesn’t like anything in my face especially people, she made it very comfortable for me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! If you’re interested in getting any type of cosmetic procedure done I would recommend going to ideal image and seeing Katy!

  4. I have been an Ideal client since 2019 in Texas and I just moved to Georgia. This is my second appointment at the Augusta clinic. My first treatment was wonderful with Nurse Heather. And my second, I had the pleasure of treating by Nurse Katy. I really appreciate the staff here; they are so friendly each time I come in and when I make my next appointments. LHR is worth it and these ladies make it even better!

  5. I had a laser hair appointment scheduled for 5/27. As I walked into ideal image, I was informed that my appointment was cancelled due to lack of confirmation. The facility had my notifications turned off so I never received an option to confirm my appointment. I received an apology and was offered an appointment a month later with assurances to reach out with an earlier appointment if possible. I was really looking forward to starting this process and I now have to wait an extra month…I hope it’s worth it….

    Update! Ideal image has rescheduled my appointment without my permission or a phone call. I received an email today moving my appointment from 6/24 to 6/26, which is a work day for me…I don’t what is happening with this company but I haven’t received any treatments yet and I am already experiencing such difficulties receiving my treatment…

    I arrived to my about 20 minutes early and they had the doors lock so I could not get in. They was having a meeting in the lobby(the meeting should have been done before opening or after closing). Because if I was late they would have charged me for a miss appointment. I usually go to Spago in aiken but since I was nearby and they had openings and they was cheaper I figured I would try them. I will update you guys on total service and professionalism of staff but I hope they do well and I really like them!!

    All I can say is this place is terrible. I have seen staff in consultation and have actually seen BOTH doctors at two different times and they BOTH scare me. They were rude and didn’t care about my concerns. They wouldn’t listen or offer any options. The office looked nice but office appearances don’t confer to good outcomes. I’ve had several friends that used to go here that now go elsewhere for the same reasons… high prices and marginal results. I really hope things improve there in the future for their current (blindly compliant and sheltered patients?) but I don’t expect they will. If you are going there now I would suggest a little experiment… drive 15 extra minutes and try somewhere else one time… you will find better prices and better outcomes. Your beauty is worth the drive ladies.

    I love APS, I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Ewart and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Dr. Ewart is super nice and respectful which I appreciate, and when my scars ended up hypertrophied (which is no one’s fault, just how my body healed), he offered solutions to remedy the issue. We ended up excising my scars and once again the process was easy and the staff were nothing but kind. I plan to have more done here in the future!

    One of the ladies at the front desk was very helpful when I was trying to get my insurance and primary physician information all sorted out (I’m not sure if her name was Megan or Morgan) , she was so nice and understanding 10/10! My surgeon was Dr.Tarajki and I also recommend him. I had a breast reduction a few months ago and he made me feel very comfortable and my breast look perfect to me ! Highly recommended! :).

    I’m a few days post op from a breast augmentation by Dr Ewart and I couldn’t be happier with my results or the overall experience. Dr Ewart and his staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and helped me decide on the perfect shape and size implant. The facility was clean and the anesthesiologist made me feel very comfy. This is my second procedure here and I’m sure I’ll be back.

    In February, I had a Mommy Makeover with Dr. Ewart. From the initial visit to the 3 month follow up, the entire team was phenomenal. I wasn’t sure exactly what size implants I wanted but knew what result I was looking for. Dr. Ewart selected the perfect size! After 1 week, I was able to return to work, and was traveling full time by 2 weeks. I waited until I was 51 to get my body back and I LOVE the results. I would do it again and again (but hope I don’t need it :). If you’ve been thinking about a Mommy Makeover, DO IT!
