  1. Best dental appt I’ve ever had. Dr Johnson is the first dentist ever who has actually sat down and talked with me about my current dental health. He educated me while being personable and answering questions.
    X-rays and cleaning were a breeze. Christy and Nicole were awesome! Easy, friendly and professional. Front desk check in and check out staff are friendly and helpful! This is by far the most innovative, professional and competent dental practice I’ve experienced in 64 yrs! Highly recommend!

  2. I have gone to Dr Leal for many years and he is an excellent dentist as well as being very friendly and reassuring. He explains everything that will be happening and genuinely listens to your concerns. I highly recommend him. His assistant Stephanie is top notch and I always know I am in good hands with both of them.

  3. I have regularly visited the same dentist my entire life, until he recently retired. Following my lifelong dentist retiring, I found a new dentist who ruined my entire outlook on going to the dentist. I haven’t been for a cleaning in over a year because of the bad experience. My best friend recommended this office and I called just to inquire about a visit and the costs. I spoke with Leslie who was fantastic at describing ‘in network’ and ‘out of network’ to me. I didn’t call expecting to set an appointment that day but Leslie was so great at explaining everything that I went ahead and scheduled to see Dr Young. Dr Young was phenomenal! At my initial visit, he thoroughly explained every single thing he was doing and his treatment plan for me, making sure that I understood each thing he said. The dental assistant was great too. Each person I encountered at the office made me look forward to coming back and less anxious about the dentist. I am so happy to have found a new dental office to settle in with and feel like I can trust with my future dental care needs!! Thanks so much for a great experience!

  4. Great interaction with dentist and his assistant. Got in at time of appointment. Last dentist I had to sit with a mask on for half hour past appointment time on a regular basis. Nice facility. Got me a referral in less than 2 weeks instead of 6 weeks like former dental office.

  5. Dr. Ben Johnson is the absolute best. He is always straightforward and honest about the care that’s needed. He always has a great attitude and makes me feel secure in my care with him. And the staff is awesome as well! This group is by far the best and no one would go wrong by choosing them for their dental care! 10 stars! They deserve it!!

    If I could give 10 stars I would. I was in search of a new dentist, since my former dentist retired. What an AWESOME and professional staff at Dr. Jeffery Tibbs practice. I had a consultation with Dr. Tibbs, he took my worries away and made me feel at easy. I am recommending his practice to my family and friends.

    Fantastic experience. From consultation to the wisdom teeth removal, Dr. Tibbs and his staff were incredibly kind, patient and nonjudgemental. I have major anxiety surrounding doctors and anything medical and they really nailed the patient care aspect and made me feel very comfortable. During my consultation, they asked when the last time I had been to the dentist was and I said it had been several years. There was no judgement, they were very kind, and they didn’t make me feel dumb. When I got my wisdom teeth removed a whole two hours ago, Dr. Tibbs and Maddie were incredible. They are very kind people and they are excellent at what they do. I literally barely felt a thing. I didn’t even believe it either of the times when Dr. Tibbs said the tooth was out. I truly can’t recommend this office enough.

    I am so very thankful for a friend’s referral to Dr. Tibbs about seven years ago. His staff is so attentive and Dr. Tibbs is extremely knowledgeable about dentistry and sincerely caring of his patients. I recommend Dr. Tibbs’ office for anyone’s dentistry needs.

    First time patient. I went in did my paperwork. Bethany took me back and did my X-rays and exam. Dr. Tibbs came in and handled the rest. It was a quick and easy process. I really appreciate them because I was in pain for weeks. I even joked afterwards that this was faster than my c-section

    I’ve been using this practice for years and have always had a good experience. Everyone is professional, experienced, and able and willing to answer my questions. They are also very kind and patient which is a plus for anyone nervous about dental work. I’ve recommended them for years.

    My experience at Ideal Dental was so top-notch that I have to leave a review. I have not been to the dentist in a very long time and have a very big fear of pain. Knowing that they were probably going to have to remove a tooth I was apprehensive to say the least. However there was an employee there named Caitlyn Merritt who was absolutely wonderful. I could not give this person enough praise in the entire world. She made me feel safe she made me feel cared for she made sure that I understood exactly what was happening. She even went so far as to speak with my father on the phone so that he knew everything going on with my insurance and the possible surgery that I would be going under. This woman is truly a godsend and I am so thankful that she was able to be there for my experience. I highly highly highly recommend this location to anyone thinking about finding a new dentist or needing a dentist. They take walk-ins they are super friendly and the staff are amazing.

    My son went to the dentist yesterday! The staff, dental workers, etc were very nice and helpful! We felt welcome! My son is 21 and has a huge fear of dentist due to some very bad experiences from the past! It took me forever to get him to this visit and it only happened because of tooth pain! This was the first time he has gone to the dentist in 5 years because of his extreme fear! But, he said it was nice in the back and it was a peaceful environment! The lady kept peeping her head in reassuring him they had not forgotten him! He also liked the fact he could not hear drills and people working on their teeth! 😳 But, I almost deducted a star because I made an appointment for 12:30 but he did not even go back till 1:30 and then he had his x-rays but waited to be checked out at 3:00! We finally got out at 3:30! So, it was a long wait considering we didn’t have any dental work done but just x-rays, consultation and antibiotic prescription! But, because they were so nice to him and reassured him and didn’t make him feel less than human because his teeth weren’t perfect, I kept the 5 stars! So, with that being said, I am sure the office is probably understaffed and hard for the workers and patients so if you go ( I do recommend it) just don’t get upset and plan ahead in your schedule for it to take a long time! 😂

    My first experience was very good. Dr. Jackson was excellent! Caitlyn his assistant is wonderful. She kept me calm through the whole process. If it wasn’t for her, I would have been screaming. They are both a great team. I look forward to coming back!

    Highly professional and personable. Dr. and all the staff made you feel at ease. They are the rarity in that they provide services 6 of the 7 days each week, while most only provide 4 days a week. There work schedule provides you with much more latitude in your schedule and you are more likely to have a chance to be attended to certainly in a emergency situation. I will rely on this group in the future even if it is over 100 mile round trip.

    They did try to fit me in is only reason not 1 star. The front staff was pleasant, unless you want to be overcharged find another place. Have had same removed tooth before for 191 in high point, they wanted 900 plus to remove a broken tooth. No matter the response I wouldn’t recommend my enemy to them. I see the other people comments were valid and nothing more a used car lot over charging and taking advantage of people in need. That was with there 199 insurance plan. Stay far away unless you love being overcharged. I would never recommend this place even if it was the last resort, find a different place, they get you in there and do the we can get you for this high price and then it’s well we can give you this price. It’s a absolute scam.
