Appointment was scheduled for 10am. I arrived at 940 and confirmed the day before for 10am. It is now 11am we we still have not been see. I asked and was told the dentist is behind and I have 2 patients ahead of my daughter. Let it be know that 4 families arrived after I did and were all taken back before my child. The staff has no disregard for families and how important double booking patients really hinders patient satisfaction. I work 12 hour night shift I do not have time to just sitting around because your staff likes to double book. I asked about rescheduling and was told not till March. So here we are now 11am still waiting. I would like to say that is hyperbole. However, from the second I walked through the door to the time we left, my daughter’s first dentist appointment had her smiling the entire time. Not sure about doctors as I had a minimal contact with them. My biggest concern is that our girls can’t get their follow up treatment due to overly booked appointments. Smile Dental should not take any NEW patients (or have additional supporting doctors) if they are unable to do follow up treatments in timely manner. If I’ve known this, I wouldn’t take my kids there. I will have to cancel my other children’s appointments because I do not want to take any chance on follow up treatments. I’ve been to dentist all my life but never heard of waiting so many months before getting a cavity filling. Their appointment system is badly managed. You will waste a lot of time here. My husband and I showed up for x-rays and a cleaning at our 10:00 am appointment. By noon, my teeth were done but my husband had still only had his x-rays done. They went to lunch and made us make a new appointment at 2:00. It took us 5 hours to get our teeth cleaned. When we got back at 2, reception was calling clients with afternoon appointments and canceling them because they were overbooked. Had to find a new dentist for my wife when she moved here, if you are unsure take the chance you won’t regret your visit to Aspen dental, the Doctor went above and beyond to help us and keep us informed of everything all the time, he really cares for his patients.
Really happy i found them
I will be honest, I do not go to the dentist unless I have to. My dental experiences have been horrible. I wish I had been to a place like Aspen dental as a child and years ago. The staff was exceptional, the doctor was amazing. What a wonderful experience and I am not dreading going back for my treatments. They went over all the options and we chose the treatment plan that fits in my budget.
This was my first visit to Aspen, and I was kind of nervous but as soon as I walked through the door, Riley, the receptionist made me feel welcomed. My whole experience was amazing from x-rays to hygiene, and even getting my wisdom tooth pulled Dr. Saab did an amazing job! He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure! He was very fast and sufficient. You’re team is the best!
The staff at Aspen Dental are terrific! The staff are kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. They took care of all the insurance paperwork and also helped me find a quick payment plan as well. I recommend that everyone not be afraid of the dentist any longer. When you find a great dentist that has every spectrum aligned it makes the whole experience fantastic! Yes even the dentist! Lol.
