  1. I don’t how how this place has 4 stars. Obviously some of these people were coerced to write a review given how similar they sound. My husband had an appointment for 11 am for a regular checkup. It is currently 12:20 pm, and he’s still waiting to be seen by a hygienist. They took his x-rays, and proceeded to place him in a room to wait for the last hour. I also noticed they had several people with the same appointment time. It’s obvious they overbooked for the amount of staff they have working.

  2. i remember the orthodontist and her assistant literally rushed on applying my braces. also i really want to add on the horrible communication skills.. its been a while since i had my braces and they completely made my deep bite worse than it originally was. the front row of my bottom teeth elevated causing them to bite behind the front row of my top teeth which results in major discomfort whenever i eat, when i bite down in general, and even discomfort on my jaw. so every time i go to every of my appointments and i complain about how my bite is, she simply responds saying “please be patient”. its been MONTHS- there should’ve been DRASTIC changes with my teeth, but not in a bad way for goodness sake. if u plan on getting braces, i highly recommend there are better places to get them applied other than this location.

  3. Dr Solomon took extra time and effort when other dentists would just extract! My smile is my flex and I was horrified at the prospect of loosing an incisor. The crown he made is indecipherable from the rest of my teeth! His assistant, Veronica was gracious, highly interpersonal and a calming presence, keeping me well informed of the progress! Superior device all around!!!

  4. To whome it may concern, i had the worse experience of any dental facility in my life with your facility. I was trying to have partial dentures, the story started on early January, I have visited your facility multiple times, they have canceled on me multiple time, they collected all my copay on early February, and after that I have no use for them. And they treated me when they had nothing else to do. It is almost 6 months that they are playing with me. In my last visit on May 13th, i showed up on time for my appointment which was at 10:30 after over an hour, around and seeing that every one else that had appointment after me was gone , when I asked the receptionist, and she replied they are busy, I left facility. Now after I spend all that money and waited 6 months, i have noting. If i’d have not paid them full amout, they would have treated me like this.I am not going to call them anymore, and follow up on my treatment. I plan to reach out to my insurance and and my HSA, and see what they can do. To recover my loss, and find a different dentist. So byer be aware.

To new patients who have not been to a dentist in a long time….if you want people who are professional, friendly, have your interest in mind, see you as a person, full of disclosure, and transparency ….then you, unfortunately, did not find the right place here. It was a mistake on my part. I did not look at reviews before I made an appointment, so you are in fact one step ahead. I originally wrote a 965 word count review of my whole experience but many things had happened since then; so this the second one. I am going to be honest, originally I did not want to persuade you to not give your business to this dentist facility. But now I am all for persuading you to not come here. I am watching out for your best interest as a concerned citizen. I do not want you to experience what I went through. It’s a hard lesson no one needs to learn. To sum up the original 965 word count review in a few short sentences: I went to the dentist to fix my broken premolar and the Doctor recommended a root canal. But the problem is not even the premolar I came in for – it is the extra treatment deal. Giselle, the General Manager FYI, and the hygienist, Vincent, DID NOT disclose about paying $900 periodontal medicament carriers SEPARATELY from the Gumx treatment, which cost $145. I explained to Giselle I was not informed about it and Giselle blatantly denied this to my face. Giselle, in fact, DID NOT disclose this information when she went over the estimator worksheet. She knows this! Vincent made me watch an advertisement video for Gumx. How is this being fully informed about the carriers? I will let you decide for yourself. Now to Vincent – he was not professional. He did not introduce himself and did not tell me what he was doing at all. And I saw him TWICE! There were many things that also happened but I am already exhausted. Two pieces of advice from your concerned citizen: 1. Don’t come here; the staff will not be looking out for your best interest, they want your money and 2. Question everything on that patience estimator worksheet thoroughly – I wish I did but I was trusting them to be transparent: what was being discussed for treatment will be EXACTLY on the invoice and no surprises. BUT there were surprises for me. And that’s why we have this review. Let’s just say Western Dental Victorville “time to smile again” did the exact opposite for this patient and certainly for future patients. P.S. I had to pick one star in order to post. If it was up to me, this dentist facility does not deserve that one star. Star implies the dentist facility is shining bright but they are not….they are shady.

    My husband and I have only be here for consultations and one cleaning so far, but I absolutely love it here already. Charlene the hygienist is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, just a genuine sweetheart, made my cleaning quick and easy even with my anxiety for needles going off. The doctors are insanely kind and you just generally get a very people person vibe about everyone here. I feel very welcome and comfortable to ask questions and voice concerns. Will exclusively be coming here for everything else my husband and I need for dental.

    If I can give a zero I would. Jocelyn (girl at front desk) was extremely rude and did not attempt to help at all. They should really look into retraining for customer service and how they care for patients. I’m in healthcare myself and I would never talk to or treat any patient in the way she treated me.

    Had my first appointment with Dr. Kelly Hong and the provider and office staff were great. Totally professional, very helpful, gave me lots of options, explained both my insurance coverage and plan of care. Office is exceptionally clean. Dr. Kelly is professional yet friendly, answered all my questions and concerns. She and her office are now my go to for all my dental needs and concerns. Very happy with provider and office staff.

    I went to Kelly Smile as a new patient and I have definitely found my new dentist. From the moment you walk in, the office is beautiful and clean. Their equipment is high tech and everyone is super nice. It’s like an LA experience in the high desert, and it certainly feels like celebrity treatment. Prices are reasonable and everything is explained thoroughly. Dr. Hong was very warm and didn’t rush or show any signs of annoyance at all my questions (she is also obviously very knowledgeable). Special shout out to Lucero “Lucy” for being so incredibly patient with me because I am a big baby when it comes to dental work. She was so gentle and reassuring while doing my deep cleaning. I’m excited to continue getting work done there and I will be recommending to my family and friends for sure.
