  1. Fast and courteous, but maybe a little too fast for my anxiety. Definitely numbed me up properly but I’m pretty sure the nitrous wasn’t switched on from the oxygen. But still no major issues beyond I didn’t expect to be having the work I did done and my own anxiety. So all in all good plus sooner care covered all but the 50$ they charge for nitrous. 😅🦷🧑🏾‍⚕️👍🏻

  2. First time for myself to visit this dentist, my kids have gone there before with a wonderful outcome. This time it was a wonderful outcome for myself as well. The staff was overly nice the dentist was young but very capable with good bedside manner. They got in there quick got the job done and were able to ease my pain significantly. Thank you dental Depot!!

  3. Everyone I worked with on this visit was wonderful. They know I’ve had a lot of dental work and they do not shame me for it, which makes it easier to try to do better. Also, I found a distance relative working there too which really made my day special!

  4. Awesome dentist! Very friendly and take time with you. Long time for appointments but only because they are so busy. Their great and friendly service is well worth it, makes going to dentist a pleasant experience. Best I’ve ever went to and well worth the hour and a half drive to go to them

Dental Depot in my own words are they are the most amazing people and they take pride in there work, they handle with care and in my experience with dental Depot there fast and painless with there work.     This office is superb. The staff is very helpful and informative. The office space is clean, well organized and relaxing. They were able to fit me in last minute to handle tooth pain that resulted in a root canal. The staff and Dr. French explained everything as they went and made sure I was comfortable and understood what needed to happen. Payment was easy and they handled insurance so I would know my out-of-pocket cost. I will definitely continue to use this office as my dental clinic and intend to move my family over here.

    Professional, well run, prompt and courteous office. The office is clean and strives to serve their customers (patients ) with quality care, communication and education. They are consistent in their service. I have been a patient for a few years now .(Dr)Melissa French, DDS deserves recognition as a highly skilled and efficient dentist. She always demonstrates care and interest in her patients. Not many healthcare providers use a tremendous amount of energy to keep the patient informed of each step of the procedure they are having and the staff follows suite. Of course my favorite part is the hospitality offered when it’s all over. I treat myself to a cup of coffee, drink or snack on my way out the door.

    I got a good bill of health from the Dr. Brandi Thompson and I’m still one of her favorite patients #winning! And she congratulated me on my becoming a doctor as well (I finished my PhD in the summer of 2022). All around good times, which I never thought I say about a trip to the dentist but seriously this is the best place to get any work done or just any routine cleaning. I’ve been going here for 8 years and half of that time I have lived an hour and a half away but it’s worth the drive.

    Who likes going to the dentist? They are the absolute best dentists, hygienists and staff in the state! My mom and I have been seeing Dr. Thompson for years now and wouldn’t go elsewhere. She takes good care of us and is so great with my elderly mother. Our dental work and cleanings always come out spectacular. We also saw Dr. French who was absolutely wonderful with us. Both dentists have extensive expertise and are always diligent, patient and thorough with their work. I trust them 100% with all their work and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for all your care for mom and I. We appreciate you!

    I am a very anxious person and i am a first time customer also, but never in my life did i feel so WELCOMED somewhere. The last dentist i went to kept beating around the bush lying to me, i can here for an exam and was told i need dentures and they were willing to work with me and wait for me to get insurance back so we can continue my treatment and get healthy again. The lady that kept calling me “sweetie” was so lovely. I never want to go any place else. I feel so loved, welcomed, and not judged. THANK YOU DENTAL DEPOT

    HIGHLY recommend this location!!! Front desk girls are very friendly, Kai and Debra helped with all my questions and concerns!! Rachel is amazing at numbing I literally didn’t feel a thing! Plus Shauna and Dr. Wilson were incredible!! Eloise came up with a great plan and prices! I’ve never had such a great experience at the dentist before! I’m so happy to have my smile back!!

    This visit was easy going. The Dentist and the employees were nice and didn’t seem like they were rushing everything this go around. The Dentist is always so nice and gentle with me everytime I see him. I appreciate how they listened to me and my questions. I always have anxiety going in for a dentist visits and this time around my anxiety was not that bad. Thank you!

    The lady that call my name to the back was great!! However this place is so unprofessional. The dental assistant came in told me how much everything was going to cost. Which is fine if I would have known it costs $300 to have 1 tooth on a dental plate fix. I would have gone somewhere else. However, once I lefted the place about 5 minutes later. He calls me telling me that I have to pay a $96 lab fee. Why wasn’t I told that when I was there. I could’ve took my teeth and went somewhere else. I will not be returning to this place ever again. And will not recommend anyone here.

    They were extremely nice and understanding. I’m autistic and suffer from extreme anxiety, and they were extremely patient and kind… they didn’t treat me below them or anything… I highly recommend them over Shortline dental… they explained everything and super accommodating… I will be taking my kids here.
