  1. One of the best dentists I’ve been too. I was experiencing a severe toothache and they were able to get me an appointment very quickly. Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable. I was diagnosed quickly. Turns out I needed a root canal and was able to have the treatment performed the same day. Thank you so much Dr. Eric Aubert and staff for a wonderful experience.

  2. At first, the reception was not nice she said, do you want me to take the x-rays myself? All I was doing was asking her cause she go back and check to see where my name was. I got there at my appointment early at 1:45 my appointment at 2:00 I didn’t get seen 2:45 but once in the back everybody show much LOVE. but they need to remember front desk is the face of your Business.Understand there short worker’s in United States but we need to learn to be courtesy and kind and show much love.

  3. My first time experience with Dr. Eric Aubert recently as a new patient was amazing.☺️ I liked how he introduced himself and providing his background & experience. I also liked how he explained my dental treatment and what is needed. Dr. Aubert’s dental assistant Armani was really great and, made the experience terrific! They both were great! I have found my new dental provider! ☺️

  4. My visit was long overdue & VERY emotional for me. I couldn’t have been taken care of better. Dr Mulligan & his team were INCREDIBLE to me. Friendly, thorough, took time to explain & answer all of my questions, provided options & we created the plan for our future visits. I left feeling, confident, excited, safe & very eager for our next visit.

  5. My experience was gravitating and outstanding. I loved the amazing staff of women and how there different auras created a feel similar to having real sisters. The dentist and his dentist assistant was very understanding and trustworthy. She rebuilt my right side tooth back so good I told her she’s no dentist, she’s a skillful magican🤣👏🏾👏🏾

    I had one of my bi-annual cleanings with St. Louis Hills Dental Group today. I had Tammy as my dental hygienist. Tammy was polite, friendly and made a conscious effort to get to know me as an actual person and not just another client in her chair for the next hour. I cannot recommend Tammy and the staff at St. Louis Dental Group enough.

    Being a first time dental patient at this office, I was impressed with their customer service and the hands on treatment that I received. Everyone was courteous and friendly from the moment I arrived until I left. Everything was explained to me and that I had a good understanding before any procedure was done.

    I have been visiting them since 2014 but the staff changed and the service is not good anymore. I will find a new place to go. The staff is not friendly and because of their mistake, I have to pay the fee in my pocket even though the insurance covers the visit. Remember due to their mistake, you will be threatened for the collection by the staff.

    My Hygienist Tammy was so gentle yet throughly cleaned my teeth. Her chair side manner was pleasant. Hands down the best dentist office I’ve ever been too.

    Consistent rescheduled appointments. There appears to be major staffing issues. Multiple dentists and hygienists over the last 2-3 years.

    I had not been to the dentist in a while. Dr. Hernandez is awesome. I knew I was going to need some work done including my wisdom teeth removed, Sam explained everything including options to make my treatment work for my budget. 10/10 for the entire experience. Heading back next month to see Dr. Bushing for treatment and he’s also super nice and has some great jokes!

    Had an emergency with a broken tooth, was told I could not get into their office for 4 months. This was after calling 2 different times and not receiving a call back after explaining the emergency. I am in pain, in need of antibiotics and was told to wait 4 months. This tooth has been an issue since 2020. I was repeatedly told that we would address it at the next visit however each visit they put it off to the next as each time I went I saw a different dentist due to their constant turn over. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. Edit: Funny how you have time to immediately respond to reviews but don’t call your patients back and can’t make time for emergencies. Your office is a joke.

    This dentist office only cares about $$ and not about dental care. I began going to this office in 2019 after I changed employers. At first I was satisfied with my dental care, but then I started being pitched extra procedures. The first extra procedure that was suggested was filling five vanity cavities. These were not cavities that required a drill and novacaine. They were vanity only. Soon after that I came in for a cleaning and was told that I would need a deep clean instead of a traditional one and that the current hygenist could not do the procedure. So they canceled my appointment and made me reschedule so that I could see a Periodontist instead. I made an appointment with the Periodontist, but then received a call a few days before the appt. stating that the periodinst only works on Fridays and I would have to wait another couple of months for a new appointment date. I am no longer a patient at this office and I would never recommend anyone going here. I have been going to dentists all of my life and this office is the worst one I have ever encountered. They upsell you on questionble procedures so that they can pad their bottom line and they are not interested in customer service.

    scheduled appointment 3 months in advance. changed my appointment with out telling me because they are “overbooked “ . no one bothered to call or email me about this change. they said i wasn’t able to come in on date I ORIGINALLY scheduled and asked me if I could come in on the date they rescheduled with out telling me . I can’t just take off work whenever I want , and I just wasted taking time off , so I will be going elsewhere. Super frustrating experience . There should be some form Of communication if you are going to switch someone’s appointment. This place used to be good
