  2. Aspen is amazing! I was able to call in the morning and get right in for a root canal same day! Pain all gone! These doctors and staff care the most I’ve ever seen. I’m leaving my regular dentist for ASPEN. thank you so much!

  4. I had not been to the dentist in quite some time & had some anxiety about going after so long. I was pleasantly surprised to find that every interaction I had with the folks working at Aspen Dental was an exceptional one! Everyone there was very friendly, respectful, and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them!

  5. I was very nervous about having four extractions All at once. Rob took very good care of me. I thought he had a very soothing voice and walked me through every step of the way, calming me as he spoke Dr. Tin was also amazing. He had my teeth out in less than 10 minutes with no pain during the procedure at all.
    Aspen, dental, Gates, you are my heroes!👍👏

    Staff and reception were very friendly and location was clean. With that said, my first visit was incredibly rushed, the doctor did not listen to me at all, and it seemed the goal was to get as much money out of me as possible in the shortest period of time. Costs were also highly inflated, which might be because they take Medicaid so typically patients are seeing the costs. If you have regular dental insurance, go to a traditional dentist.

    I loved it! Although they don’t take my insurance, they saw me the first day and got going with my care plan same day! Its really hard to find a dentist thats accepting new patients, so I took my chance with them and I honestly feel like a winner. They’re extremely knowledgeable and professional. I needed a root canal and they did it the same day. They have payment plans and accept Care Credit. I’m so pleased with their professionalism and care. I recommend that you try getting Care Credit

    It took them over 15 minutes to find my son’s appointment in the system and sign us in. Our appointment was scheduled for 3 pm, we weren’t called back until after 3:30 pm even though we arrived early for paperwork. After the X-rays were taken, we waited over 20 minutes for the dentist to come in. She checked my sons teeth in about 5 minutes and she was done. After she was done, she told us to wait for the receptionist to come get us. We waited for the receptionist for over 15 minutes. We were there for about 2 hours, majority of it was us just waiting and waiting.

    This office is so unprofessional. They lie so much and nobody in that office staff knows what the next person is doing or has done. Not to mention they are very over priced how with insurance I was quoted $1200 out of pocket got send to a specialist and with the same insurance was quoted less then $200 out of pocket for the same procedure. The math ain’t mathing. I’m done with Aspen I refuse to keep dealing with a company who is clueless and just wants your money.

    Very friendly staff. Made my son feel very comfortable with his vist. He said it was the best experience he ever had in the dentist office. DR Kim was very friendly and well as Maria and Sam and Judy. Thank you for a great experience!!! Looking forward to seeing you soon.

    Our family has been with this practice for about 8 years now. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. You feel welcomed from the moment you step into the door. And you always feel like the only client in the building. I’m not sure how they manage to be so catering within such a booming practice. Although, they have a large clientele, it never feels as busy as it is. My four daughters used to see Dr. Keck (recently left practice) and now see Dr.Jake. Both dentist are so amazing with children. I feel like I learn something new each time I go to an appointment whether for myself or the children. The adults are informative and open to answering any questions. Each procedure and process is thoroughly explained. They find inventive ways to assist with billing for those more expensive procedures. I never feel pressured to have work done on our mouths. It’s definitely a patient-focused practice. We have no plans on ever leaving this practice.

    My initial visit to East Avenue Dentistry was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Before my appointment, I had to speak to receptionists several times for various reasons, and every conversation was gracious, friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was treated extremely well from the moment I walked in the door. The hygienist was absolutely lovely; she familiarized herself with my chart and my new patient paperwork, understood that I have a fear of the dentist and made a tremendous effort to make me comfortable and at ease. When the doctor came in and examined my mouth, she too was extremely careful and gentle. She addressed my specific concerns, asked me questions about what I needed and listened to my responses. It’s worth repeating, this is the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I am (almost) looking forward to going back.

    I had a great experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and we quick to put me at ease. I got a great explanation of the process and what I should expect. I also was able to reach out easily and get feedback when necessary. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 18 years and they make me want to go back once a week. Thanks East Avenue.

    Can’t say enough about my hygienist Heather, she is fantastic!!! So gentle and made me comfortable. We talked and laughed while she worked, and made the time and experience so much nicer!! Dr Doi was so sweet too and informative!! Great experience from the staff who checked me in, the hygienist, and the dentist!! My whole family is transferring to this office!!

    I had 4 teeth bonded while on maternity leave. Not only did they do a truly beautiful job but they helped me with my fussy baby while I was in the chair. The level of service is above and beyond every time. The whole staff is friendly and efficient, and I can honestly say I love going to my dentist.
