  1. I was in extreme tooth pain and great smile dental got me in right away and extracted my tooth the same day. The staff and dentist were so nice and caring, I would definitely recommend coming here. I however would absolutely not recommend going to aspen dental as all they are concerned about is money, they are like car salesman over there. They quoted me double what Great Smile quoted me! So glad I got a second opinion and found Great Smile!

  2. I love coming to Great Smile. They always greet you when you come in. They have massage chairs in the waiting room and they always have water and snacks for their patients. There’s never a long wait, and when you get to the back for your procedure they offer you a warm blanket. Most importantly, they’re always very professional and caring!

  3. Great Smile Dental is the best place to have dental work done. The office is very clean and all the Staff is very friendly and informed. Doctors always explain the procedure beforehand. They provide comfort and get to know you on the personal level. They truly run the office like a family

  4. I went in with great dread and trepidation because of all the issues I have to address. My team was amazing from the first moment of the first 3 days of my continuing journey with them. Everything was done to accommodate my needs and to ease my angst. I experienced no pain at any point. My people treated me with such great care, kindness, and gentleness. And the expertise was above what I had imagined and what I have experienced in the past. I still have to complete the uphill grade in my treatment and have no qualms about returning to them to complete the task. I will post a pic when I’ve reached my pinnacle with this challenge.

  5. One of the best things about this place is that they treat you like an individual you’re not a box. Where my mom likes everything catered to her comfort I on the other hand like things very blunt and straight up. And no matter what the request seems to me as like a silly request Decatur to every need they are really amazing. I have high anxiety when it comes to any kind of dental work and they are just so kind and so patient. Sometimes it’s not always about the money sometimes it’s really more about the quality of the care and the commitment and the attitude of the people that you are trusting your health with that really matters.

    From the initial check-in, Front desk associates greet you with smiles that are warm and inviting. I love the fact that the waiting area is still set up with some distancing between chairs. I have never felt over crowded or uncomfortable while waiting, which is never very long. Monica, my dental hygienist was exceptional. It was our first meeting. She had a wonderful personality, very gentle and steady hands. We laughed, because the advice and reminders of some items to watch out for and/or avoid completely happened to be my favorites. For instance, eating popcorn kernels that haven’t quite finished cooking or ice cubes that haven’t completely melted. Then I ended my visit with an exam by Dr. Hart. He has always been very friendly and approachable since our first meeting. Finally, my next appointment scheduled, reminders to brush and floss twice daily, in the morning and at bedtime, goodie bag in hand then return to the front desk to say my goodbyes. Thank you once again for an awesome visit. May God bless and keep you all. See you in six months!

    This group of Professionals were very welcoming, kind , informative as they looked out for me and all my dental needs to get the care I came there for, and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff was friendly and had me in their best interests. After my procedure that ended with a temporary crown before I left the office I had in my procession my next appointment for my permanent crown. Thanks to the entire team for the care I received.     My daughter has been a patient at Southport Dental since she was a little girl. She recently had a dental emergency. Anyways, 2 days after Christmas (with a super busy office) Nicole (thank you so much!!) was able to get my daughter in same day to see Dr. Hart! Who is absolutely amazing!! We appreciate everyone at Southport Dental! They have a wonderful staff and exceptional dentist! Thank you so very much!! You made such a difference for my daughter and we can’t thank you enough!! 😊

    I’ve had three visits, one cleaning, one cavity, and one filling repair. All three visits have been fast, efficient, and with very personable staff. Dr.Hart in particular is a fantastic dentist, he really knows what he’s doing and can explain any situation to you if you ask, but also won’t lecture you unprompted, making him one of the most professional and courteous dentists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I’m sure this review is raving with praise, but the reality is that I just haven’t had any kind of bad experience there, so trust me on this one it’s a great office and the people are fantastic. The only negative point I can think of, isn’t a fault of the staff, practice, or office, but the location, when parking be prepared to park a little ways away in the lot, as there isn’t marked off sections and you’ll probably have to pull a solid 40-80 feet to park, no big deal though.

    I recently visited a dental clinic and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The first thing that struck me was the attitude of the staff – when I asked about a specific treatment, I was told that if I didn’t agree to get a cleaning done, they wouldn’t be able to help me. It was frustrating to be given an ultimatum like that, especially since I had specifically come in for a different issue. To add to my woes, I found the clinic to be very pricey. I had done my research before making the appointment, and I was shocked at the steep fees they charged. The office manager was very rude, loud and I believe he thinks this place is only dentist office in town. The worst part of my visit was when the dentist started poking and prodding my aching tooth with a metal tool. I winced in pain, but the dentist continued to apply pressure, making the discomfort worse. It was as if they were trying to force me into getting more treatments, rather than addressing the immediate issue at hand. Overall, I would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone. The staff’s insistence on a cleaning, the high prices, and the painful treatment I received have left me with a very negative impression. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy dental clinic, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

    If I could not give a STAR, I would NOT!!!!!!!! Absolutely awful customer service especially the front reception and the manager. I am an established patient and for a month and change I have left messages I have called even given my SS# for insurance purposes over the phone and no call back. I finally call get someone on the phone and to know how frustrating it is to not have your questions answered. Hey they were nice enough to get me into a chair and take my money but could care less about the after effect. I am told that due to the new system (not my fault or of no customer’s fault), mind you this is the 3rd time I was told this, yet no resolution, that they need to input all of the old customer info into their new system. Hmmm on hold waiting, waiting could hear everything each time that phone was picked up but no one there to say thanks for holding will be with you shortly… NOTHING! 8 minutes and I hang up to call back to speak with the manager – not apologetic at all, but to say the same thing to me, then to finally answer my questions BUT…. still did not have all the info in the system so the total was not correct either way! RUDE and will never go back to ASPEN DENTAL. Too many dental places all around to have to worry if you will be taken care! BTW what happens when you paid for a bone graph and you no longer go to that dentist anymore?

    I usually don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to- due to the exceptional service I received at Aspen in SLW. First of all- whoever is in charge of hiring the staff… social genius.. I mean really- I’m impressed. Every employee is so personable and awesome && I’ve never felt so welcome and comfortable at a medical facility. Started to feel less like the dentist office- but in a good way. I have pretty bad “dentist-phobia” and anxiety- but Dr. Ahmed, Yesenia, Lenor && the rest of the staff went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. David (regional manager) is the BOM and helped me so much with making sure I got my treatment in time. All in all- I recommend the Aspen in SLW, they will take care of you.

    I calleed and got an appointment the same day, I was in a lot of pain, they took x-rays and the doctor came to examine me and we made a plan of what needed to be done. He extracted 3 roots that day and the Doctor and his assistant were excellent. They made sure I was comfortable. There bedside manner was excellent.

    1st class service!…after some harrowing experiences with other local dentistries I decided on aspen for some service and so glad I did!
